[Animations acting strange]

I fixed it, it seemed to be a problem with MagicDuelReborn, the only reason I found this was simply because I remember the original Magic Duel had broken something else when I first installed it, shame it's the culprit but glad I found it.

I still have the Dragon Soul and College of Winterhold quest bug though so if anyone could help me with that, that'd be great!

So recently I got back into Skyrim so I updated all my mods and added a few new ones(mostly aesthetic ones) and my skyrim was just fine yesterday but today it is an utter mess. The only thing I had added was a Greenwater fix patch this morning. So basically I can't use any of the tables(alchemy, enchanting, hide, or the workbench) as I go in to the animation at first, I.E. I start cutting at the hide but immediately after I start it stops. I can use the smithing station(go figure on my pure mage character) and I can't sit down either I just get right back up. Oh yeah and dragon souls don't get absorbed(not sure if this is because of alternate start or not) and I can't go farther on the College of WInterhold quest line after the Under Sarthaal quest(The archmage even told me to go talk to the librarian and I didn't get the quest) and setstage doesn't work. :/

Things I've tried:

Verify Integrity of the cache

player.tai

deactivate The Dance of Death(people reported problems with it)

coc qasmoke to see if it was just the enchanting/alchemy etc. stuff in one area

I get this every time I try to install Project Nevada 2.5 via NMM. It is REALLY irritating. I tried to do it via FOMM but of course that just had to crap out on me too. And I can't fix either of them.(Yes I tried deleting the .xmls and such, still didn't work) I have also tried to adjust the load order. One of the people suggested using FNVedit to get rid of the "master file flags on cybernetics and rebalance" but I have no idea where to find this "flag"
