I started the quest in the Falkreath jail a while back, and made the mistake of leaving the jail before Sinding did his big breakout animation and after recieving the objective to kill the White Stag. When I went to Broken Mans Grotto to join the hunt, all I found was a quest point marker leading to the rocky outcrop where Sinding should be, only instead of Sinding, there were only bears. Attempting to use player.moveto to the various reference IDs for Sinding indicates that he is still in the Falkreath jail, but there is nobody physically in the jail cell. I attempted to use PRID on all the reference IDs relevent to Sinding to move him to Broken Mans Grotto, wait 24 hours, and go back in. None of these worked, and I have no idea what to do to fix the quest. At this point, I'm seriously considering forcing the ring off, giving myself the Ring of Hircine, and ending the quest with console commands, but would rather avoid that if I can. Any ideas? I don't have any save points from before I bugged the quest out.
