I need ApachiiHair.esm but cam't find it.

when i download the full version, unzip it with the correct zip manager and search the contents, the file is not there. any ideas why? windows defender perhaps? -
very round-about way to explain nothing, post photographic evidence of your claims as two of us here agree that its quite simply not there. simple, lies or proof?
