I used to be able to type in "help xx" and get back a ton of useful things to spawn and experiment with in console. Sometimes the returns were the exact opposite of useful and even game breaking. Lights and activators that were not able to be removed ever again. But sometimes, I'd stumble across a truly awesome trap door, or my own personal enchanting table. It would seem that things have changed quite a bit in the last eight years. I've hunted around and seen that my screen resolution can effect this, I know to use page up and down, I'm sure that my new ( and as of yet totally untouched ) dragonborn, hearthfire and dawnguard dlc will effect this (It would stand to reason that there is quite a bit more to search through). Perhaps my problem is that I actually like the feeling of digging through a pile of junk to find treasures. My bag is simply taking over Drela's cottage, killing him, and then deleting and spawning things until I am satisfied. Several times I have deleted critical items like walls etc, and had to start over, but again, that's what passes for fun in my book. I do fully comprehend that getting SKSE and the Creation Kit is the normal way to achieve results in an efficient and rational manner. That breaks my immersion though. I spend most of my time in this game as a mad Merlin type of character who has access to a confusing and random glimpse into the source code of the universe, and I feel that I have lost that feeling now that I have returned to this world with the Skyrim Anthology for Pc. The time I found a full tower interior and started tunneling under the cottage was the absolute best. I remember finding entire caves to spawn. Am I doing something incorrectly, and is there a way I can see results like I used to just by opening the console and searching, or should i just admit that I am old, and need to man up and buy my first digital copy of a game?
