  1. Does any 1 have any experience with the Sapphire Redeon HD 6870? For some reason the AMD dirvers keep crashing resoling in a fallout NV crash. I'm also experiencing blank screens (no signal on tv screen and with the computer going idle).Have the latest drivers, nothing I know in settings that influenced it. Really frustrating :wallbash: , can any 1 help?
  2. So I know there are 2 mods out there that add zombies, zombie apocolypse and zombie mod, but in my opinion not wurth it. The problems I have with both mods are 1. they lack stability and 2. they need more devolepoment. For some reason Zombie apocolypse just won't run with a clean install and no other mods, it keeps crashing every time a zombie is near (takes a moment). And the zombies look awesfull, all the same. Zombie mod is a different angle but to many bugs, it crashes immidietly when a zombie dies. SO I was wondering if any 1 would pick up the tools and make a proper stable zombie mod. I was thinking of combining severeal mods and addons to make a proper zombie mod. For 1 Nexus mod , it adds resurrection to the mix (should be any zombie that's not dismembered. ALso I like the Walking Dead mod, makes ghouls walk like zombies (speed needs to be slow aslo btw). I think we could use some extra zombie skins(sfrom fallout 3 zombie mod addon that was deleted still have them). Also the sound should be right. Infection could be implented (think % chance in combat, turn time). Perks and antidotes could also be cool, antidote for imminutie(rare ingredients, only used for companios. Towns should be heavily defender or atleast sentry guns that don't die, and barriers. New vegas could be over run same for other smaller towns, but main trading posts should remain like Ranger stations and Goodsprings.Anything I left out?

  4. So I was thinking, and I am sick of the stupid mines in fallout. Why not make a Claymore replacement mod for mines, but I can't do it myself since I can't make new meshes and textures. You could replace bottlecap mines or just add it, and you can also remote detonate it. And isntad of mines you could have some other landmine or bouncing betty. Also why isn't there a mod that changes knife combat to be more like Mw2, so replace knifing by a Knife Swipe animation that ussually insta kills. So tell me what you guys think of this :thumbsup:

  12. So this is my currient load order, I've been having trouble getting it right. This is based on a loadout of a member of the Boss software (better oblivion sorting software also for F3). With a few addons of my own. This load order shouldwork, but might be some mistakes I made. Also I have patch 1.7, Fose latest, arch inv, Fomm, FO3Edit, BOSS, Info and ect.   14. So I was wondering if any 1 could make a mod or model for more robots, see Fallout wiki Robots. I think there are to little variations of robots and turrets in fallout. There should be more in power station or some unique ones. Why can't GNR use eyebots to broadcast, or why doesn't the brotherhood or outcast do that. Having a big stationary drone to defend rivetcity? There should also be small robots that have a functional jon in towns or dungeon: scouting robots, assistent robots, AI computers like the one in DLC metro station, or a recycling unit that picks up trashcans, washes your car, refuels. Endless options for new gameplay and enemies. I'd like to hear some responses :smile:

Thanks for the tips and info, altho I have 1.7 installed, I try to keep a stable game without to much crap inside :P But I think I solved the problem, I found a Data file inside my fallout directory with 2 maps inside: textures and meshes (weird becuase I don't think i've put it there) Anyway in those maps are also maps called static, and in those 4 maps called: a6, a7, f4, f16. In these are bethesda art files. So I removed that from the directory and the game was normal again. Thanks

  17. This mod should have been made ages ago, this would get in top 5 of the month pr even top 10 ever! on nexus ofcourse. I also support this idea because I am looking for the same exact mod lmoa, btw guys, this might help a little: Vault 101 Redux, vault b! I so badly want this mod turned into a town instead of a zombie mod cmon! :P lets do this ;D
  18. Hello every one 8) , I'm interrested in mods that expand towns :) . I currently got some for Megaton,Big town, Arefu,Rivetcity, and a little on for canterbury Commens. On fallout.nexus I can't find any mods that really expand the following towns: Grayditch, Republic of Dave, Glithershade, Oasis, and the one for cantebury commons is just a fence and 1 house. So my question is, is any one working on a mod to expand these towns. Or would any one like to make one, I also might be able to help, atleast with ideas and worldbuilding. The most importent things :huh: of the expention: - Use more houses, create or use boarded ones. - More NPC's and or barters, with real jobs and activities. - Proper Defence like a giant fence arround Cantervury Commens, and guards, lasers, ect to defend against outside creatures -> towns get whiped away at higher levels. - unique feeling and atmospfere, making each town and surrounding filled and fun. - Quests and items are not really relavent, but are a handy extra. - New dialuage and chatter, and limited voice acting like (" What brings you to 'townname'?) or if player steals: "next time I see you, you better be dead", actions give a reaction in dialuage. If the NPC's like you (good karma) you get a better responds then if your an evil raider, they wil just want to kill you or fear you. I would also like to see a opened vault that is a town, people can walk in the town and barter in the marketplace, the vault should be huge with it's own means of producing water, food, and electricity (What I mean is, the layout like this mod: Vault 101 Redux -Vault B . Having vault guards and patrols, its similair to fallout 1 I believe. Overal my idea is to make a town live and breath, as it should have been. This could be done step by step town by town, even 1 town would be satisfying :thanks:
  19. So I was working on a mod with a navmesh error and I added 2 other small mods, shouldn't conflict, and now my whole game is having texture problems. Even with archvalidation and with all mods off only Fallout3.ESM. So I wonder how to get rid of this problem, without reeinstalling fallout 3, becuase i'm not sure if all my texture replacers need to be reeinstalled?
