it is possible but im 50 now and the last working save of her im 33... so yeah i just want to know if i had done everything i could cuz if not i will just use setstage commands until i finish dawnguard quest line and then dumb serana

Guys im in the mission kindred juggement and first thing i need to do after defeating that snow elf is speaking to serana BUT, there is a floating marker on that balcony that points nothing ,marker is not on serana and when i talk to her the only option i have is "I want you to ride..." I had amazing follower tweaks i uninstalled that but i dont think that is the problem cuz serana wont even speak her scripted lines. When fighting with that snow elf she had a few dialogs but she didint speak any of them now all i have is a floating marker in front of me and a serana that is bugged a lot. What i have tried: disable-enable markfordelete,disable,save,load,player.placeatme resetai recycleactor sqv DLC1NPCMentalModel and checked those 5 things like lockedin_var=false but still all the dialog she has is: I want you to ride, yes, what now, where'd you come from, done and done. When i use the sqv dlc1npcmentalmodel command there is a line that says Quest state and below that there is current stage and that is set to 0,i think if i set her to correct stage her lines and dialogues will be back but i am not sure and dont know the console commands for that. Please help guys im about to freak out and i am too far to go back to an older save where her scripts are still working.

thanks for your suggestion,i did it all as you said.I was having a few random crashes but i think they are gone now thanks to you. On the other hand i still have this sudden fps drop problem,but it is behaving different than before doint the thins you said. Before it was 50 at start and after a few mins it was 15,now its 50 at start 15 a few mins later and after that i get random 50+ fps for short periods which is not affected by what im doing,i tried spawning 20 dragons and my fps behavior didint change i had 50 and haf 15 with all those dragons,i think there is something wrong with my system, its not hardware related i think its software related but im confused as hell.

i used this mod it increased the time of reduction a little but in the end it didint matter,started with 50 in a forest with lots a grass stayed there withouth doing anything for 2-3 mins and it dropped to 10-15 fps.do you have any other suggestion ?

i dont think its about grass,same thing happens whether im inside or outside,i dont think grass affects my fps when im in dragonsreach with 50 fps to 10 fps in 2 minutes,but thanks for the suggestion.

It doesnt matter what i do or where i am,if im inside in a place i start with 50-60 fps and drop to 10-15fps,if im outside fighting with a dragon it starts with 50 and you know the rest.

Hey guys i need a little help about my FPS, here are my specs: nvidia gt630m 2gb intel i5 3210m 2.5 ghz 3.1ghz turbo 8 gb ram 500gb When i enter the game its around 50-60 fps but after a few minutes it drops to 10-15fps i have installed several performance mods that i thought might help which are: Enboost SSME FPS background booster skyrim halfsized(reduces textures to %50) I have tried my fps with everything low and textures in high,medium and low but it didint matter in high i had 50 fps when i entered game and dropped to 10-15 fps after a few mins and the same story for medium and low settings and everything else is minimum also, just changed these texture qualities. I hope you guys can give me a suggestion about why this is happening or at least is this normal for these specs ?

actually sometimes it freezes and im closing from task manager,sometimes it crashes in 1 sec to desktop like you said.But i dont have any texture or high definition mods my computer is not that strong to handle them i use hialgoboost and gigantic skyrim performance patch at the same time.Thats how bad my pc is.I use that power monitor already and skyrim reaches maximum 2.3 gb,so i dont think crashes are because of 3.1gb limit. When i run tes5edit, there arent any load order mistakes but 2 mods are giving lots of error which are; Jswords.esm Headbomb's Better Sorting.esm(all esms of this mod like ammo,potions,soulgems etc.) could those random ctds because of these 2 mods ? and is there a better way to see mod conflicts rather than deactivating them and opening game lots of times ?

My skyrim crashes totally randomly while playing..It crashes while walking,openin menues,talking,fighting,standing and doing nothing, and so on but its completely random and i have no idea why it is.I have deactivated all mods and played it like 1 hour without crashes.So it is mod based i guess but i need your help guys please help me i am about go insane.
