  1. Why should I fear death? If I am, then death is not. If Death is, then I am not. -Epicurus
  2. You could try reinstalling your APU driver to see if that helps, I haven't used the AMD driver install program in about 2 years so I can't remember where the option is but you should use the CLEAN INSTALL option it will clear out old settings that might be causing the problem. If you're lucky AMD should have released an update for windows 10 so you might see a big jump in FPS. Hey just to make it easier for you I looked up the most recent driver for you APU here it is http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/apu?os=Windows+10+-+64
  3. Try to stop using the CFF explorer as that might cause some odd errors with the code, and OBSE has a few mods that increase frame rate you might want to look into getting one or two. Again try to use the .ini tweaks I listed before, I will list a link to a memory booster below, but none the less try what I have listed in my post before this one. http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/45576/?
  4. The tweaks don't change the look of the game, Oblivion came out when it was common to have a signal core CPU or basic Dual core, and so it was set up to use only one core, the tweaks tell it to us 2 or 4 in your case. (the first core is called 0 so when you see 3 it means all 4 cores) From what I have seen some people say turning off HDR in favor of bloom can help with the slow down on windows 10. You may also want to run it in compatibility mode windows 7 or XP (it will work but it is a bit of a pain to get it working with steam)
  5. Well it looks like your APU is a bit on the lower end, not much of a problem for oblivion but it will see a slow down when you start recording game-play. You may want to bump Oblivion up in priority using the task manger and close all extra things like a web browser or media based program as it will eat away at your performance. It would help to know what your OS is as that can have an effect on your game too. Here is some .ini tweaks that should help you if you haven't used them already. The file you will want to edit is Oblivion.ini most likely located at C:\Users\(your username)\Documents\My Games\Oblivion Just CTRL+F each of these one at a time and change the value to 1 (except the last one that needs to be 3 as you have a quad core) bUseThreadedBlood=1 (default 0) bUseThreadedMorpher=1 (default 0) bUseThreadedTempEffects=1 (default 0) bUseThreadedParticleSystem=1 (default 0) bUseBackgroundPathing=1 (default 0) bUseBackgroundFileLoader=1 (default 0) iNumHavokThreads=3 (default 1) Let us know if this helped you, and if not like I asked for earlier in my post please tell us your OS as some drops in frame rate can be caused by the OS.
  6. Use the save game cleaner to remove broken scripts and bad refs that should fix your problem. Remeber to back up your save before doing this though. If it does not work then use the other cleaning fucntions the tool comes with. If that fails well I am sorry to say you may be S.O.L.
  7. You are not really giving enough information to help you that well like are you using MO or something else what mods do you have installed things like that. Please give us something more to work with. Shouldn't this be in the tech support section of the fourms? Doing that would increasse the amount of help you help you get. I digress you need help and came ask for help instead of down voting a mod because of an issue that was not caused by the mod. Do you have a mod that changes the NPCs in any way it might be the cause.
