There must be a mod where you can become a Doc in Fallout 3 or NV.

I have an Idea of a mod for Fallout 3 but have no technical experience in this area. A mod that allows you to heal people and sell stimpacks and be known as the town doctor. Having your own surgery, healing people and just being a doctor in general.
