any love for this, its like a 5 minute job, I have tried doing it myself by changing the values to 0 in fo4edit but for some reason or another it still regenerates, if someone could tell me what else I need to do I'll fix it up and stick it on the nexus

basic game setting menu to set the amount of hp/ap. hp regen, ap regen, food gives ap instead of hp, number of followers, number of settlers, perk points per level, xp per level up, xp level increment. sprint speed, fall damage, you get the basic point, I want a menu or holotape to control these settings, it would consolidate a bunch of different mods and help with the fine-tuning of overpowered mods.

I like Fallout 4. But I'd love it if I could play with a friend. I know that there is a multiplayer mod for Fallout New Vegas in the works and that it's still pretty rough.
So I'd like to ask if you think that a multiplayer mod for Fallout 4 is possible or reasonable.
And ofcourse, if it is possible, if we could expect such a mod being made before a new Fallout game is released.
not going to happen, a team got this to work on skyrim and got shut down due to copyright infringement because they wanted to release elder scrolls online and thought it would hurt their profit margins... cunts to say the least...

very simple and easy, just want a mod to stop ap regeneration completely...
I have ap recovery from food and bullet time, I want to restrict bullet time by only gaining ap through eating food or drinking nuka cola, or if you could go one better and make a bullet time mod that only activates once the ap bar is full and ap regenerated only when you kill an enemy, that would be fantastic. Tried doing it myself, but even tho I set ap regen to zero in fo4edit its still regenerating regardless.

every time I start a new game several mods that are installed stop working and have to be reinstalled its highly frustrating!!!

its annoying not being able to throw grenades when in vats for better accuracy, please make this possible

I whole heartedly disagree, the very first first person shooter ever made was wolfenstein 3d and guess what! NAZI PROPAGANGA MADE THAT GAME GREAT! the allied forces destroyed the nazis in two world wars and obliterated them, I am proud of my great grandfathers efforts in the war and I for one welcome any references to the third reich in my fallout experience I'll gladly punch a nazy head into slattered pieces ^.^

can someone make a dual wielding mod for fallout 4, it pisses me off making a melee no handed build and only being able to punch with one hand >.<

Hay I'm here to request a middle earth: shadow of mordor modding page, its an extremely stable game with an amzing combat system and its also open world, there doesn't yet exist a modding page on the web for shadow of mordor and it would be absolutely amazing if we could get one on the nexus so we can all start putting up our modding work and ideas.

same issue, came down to the mods salem and goldpiles which both use a floating head follower or enemy, no idea what causing the iissue tho other then that
