  1. I could have sworn there was a mod that changed the shouts to Tourette's Guy quotes, but I may be thinking of a mod for Amnesia. Would it be like the throw voice shout or relentless shout, cause one you could do without really getting in trouble with the guards, but the other would feel satisfying as all hell to blow someone back with the power of your swearing
  2. I'm still pretty green when it comes to modding, I did a few companions for New Vegas but they were bare bones simple and somewhat glitchy (probably cause they were unfinished). I'm thinking about making an animal companion/mount and could really use help with a few things. I want to add accessories to a deer to make it stand out, for instance maybe a bell like some domestic goats have and a custom saddle. Does anyone have any tutorials I could reference or any idea how I would start that? I was also thinking of making a baby deer follower, but that would involve reshaping the deer and maybe even starting from scratch to get rid of the horns and make the features softer and more infantile, at the moment I'm trying to get the deer texture to work so I can make it brighter cause damn the deer are drab. If anyone could help with that either I would love them forever and bake them snickerdoodles.
  3. As others have mentioned INIGO IS DA BEST. In my opinion, he's hands down the best companion on Nexus. I mean I like Vilja, but the voice acting isn't as high quality as our lovable skooma addict. And he has enough dialogue that, unlike other companion mods, he doesn't repeat himself too much, and nearly everything he says is adorable. Thorald Grey Mane is a fun companion too, but he twists his ankle like every five seconds and he can make it hard to hear in-game dialogue his voice goes off so frequently.
  4. Like game breaking animation bug. So because of a pain in the ass issue with steam, I had to uninstall it and reinstall it along with Skyrim and alllll my mods. Most of the ones I have are for companions, weather effects, an ENB, weapons, SkyUI, Hunterborn, clothes, stuff like that. After I'd loaded most of the ones I remembered having, it looked like I'd recovered most of my data. But when I booted the game, my characters were sort of frozen. Not in that I couldn't move, but that when I moved there was no animation. Everything else worked fine, I could still talk to people, loot bodies, but me and every NPC was frozen with their arms stiff at their sides. Like this I tried starting a new game but it was glitched all to hell too. The only animation based mods I have are one for magic casters which has never been a problem, FNIS, and AE animations. None of these have ever caused so much as a glitch. So does anyone know what the hell to do? Everything else works fine, so do I need to recover the animations or are there any mods that would replace them? I'd rather not have to reinstall Skyrim as my internet connection takes a day to download all the updates and as I said, I just recently reinstalled it. I went through my Tracelog in Nexus Mod Manager and I'm almost certain I downloaded all the mods I had before, and none of them seem like they would do this.
  5. This might be just the mod you're looking for, it's not the complete package you're looking for, but really all it's missing is the stormcloak guards. It's a small fishing sack of sorts nestled into the mountains by a waterfall, pretty out of the way, TONS of customizable content, labeled storage units to keep organized, as I recall you can decorate with Stormcloak flags. No pets as far as I know, and I never tried it with followers, but it's a cool little mod, really it has more options for decorating and the like than Hearthfire.
  6. Ah, yeah that's true, I was just spewing thoughts really  But I think the rest would be cool
  7. Ooooh very interesting. You could go hardcore and while you're fixing the place up, based on your managerial decisions, make the prison white collar with minor offenders or a Black Dolphin type hellhole where only the worst offenders go. Like if you go for the more lax route, you could go after business men and Benny types, the cells may even be furnished with radios, chairs, a fridge, a nice little touch would be if at certain times of the night you can go to the cells and find the inmates playing poker. But if you want your prison to be totalitarian, you would go after Raiders or maybe even Super Mutants, and the quarters would be much more cramped, maybe they would even be wearing slave collars. It'd probably be a huge pain in the ass, but it'd make for a great mod, I think.
  8. I was heartbroken to leave Follows-Chalk behind, if an actual mod isn't released I will definitely use TheNeglected's console commands
  9. God I never realized how much I wanted this until now
  10. I prefer the lore friendly companions, but I honestly wouldn't mind having Jon and Ghost at my heels
  11. I put them in pretty much randomly, but here's the order. Good luck fixing your problem. http://i1062.photobucket.com/albums/t494/Lily_Skinner/package_zps7ef917df.png
  12. That fixed it, thanks so much. I'm new to all this and neither tutorial said much about adding the packages to the NPC so I wasn't sure what to do. Now Caterpillar can be in my posse with Willow ;D
  13. So I've been working on a Ghoul companion whom I hope will fledge out into a fully voiced character including quests. I've got almost all of the dialog to work, a working companion wheel, the beginnings of a side quest and all this stuff much more complicated, but I can't for the life of me get him to follow. Pretty simple thing to fudge up, but this is my first time working with the GECK. I can hire him, fire him, open his inventory, and when I fast travel and enter/exit a door, he's at my side. But when I start walking, he doesn't follow. He's stuck to the spot he spawns in. I had a similar issue with this tutorial on a different character, so it must be something I did for it to not work with two different tutorials. There's also an issue where when he's supposed to be in sandbox mode, he's just standing there. I used this tutorial and followed the instructions to a T, including the "Relax" package part. Hope someone can tell me where I screwed up. And for funsies, how about a screenshot of the ol boy?
  14. Wow, I really dig Domino and Dice. They sound like interesting companions to tote around the Mojave. Wish I knew enough about modding to do them justice, still, hope you can get help with at least one of these ideas. And if they go somewhere, I'd be happy to do like voice work on any one of the projects.
