    Necromancer home mod.

    As a guy who like to play as a necromancer, I've found that suitable homes are in short supply. Especially if you're the type like me who goes around collecting several mods to improve your experience, and keeps coming up short. I'm looking for something along the lines of:

     

    A remote location(somewhere far away from any cities or settlements where some random explorer won't stumble across it).

     

    Something hidden from view(so no towers or massive fortresses, preferably a repurposed crypt or dungeon).

     

    Large enough for followers and with all the necessary crafting stations and places for growing ingredients.

     

    Being build-able(So you can go through the effort of excavating the tomb/crypt and turning it into your dream home for necromancy).

     

    Having adventurers attempt to attack your home(giving you a reason for those minions you've raised, and those booby traps at the entrance).

     

    If anyone is willing to have a go at making something like this, I'd be very grateful.

    More Lovecraftian encounters.

    While I've never read any of H.P Lovecraft's works I do get a thrill from spooky paranormal stuff. I'd like to see some missions or ideally a DLC sized place to explore with terrifying eldritch monsters and locations. This would have to wait until the creation kit comes out but I'd still love to see something like this.

    Game starts freezing over 90 mods.

    I've discovered that, for some reason, when running any number of mods over 90(including bashed patch) my game starts to freeze every few minutes. Can anyone help me out with this please?

     

    edit: scratch that, it's something going wrong with the game itself, I'll get back to you if I ever figure out whats causing it.

    CRAFT not compatible with Leveling Revamped?

    Revamped Leveling did not crash with the CRAFT Activation Perk plugin active for me. But, with my load order, it was crashing when trying to access Free Points from the Skills menu when I had the FO3 Traits mod active.

    Looks like I'll need to do some more digging then, I was sure I'd nailed it down, but I just tried it without the C-A-P file active and it froze on me again, I'll have to keep looking it seems.

    I'm trying to use CRAFT and the 'Leveling Revamped mod' only problem is that while the 'CRAFT-Activation perk' file is active (I found this out only through a lot of faffing about) the game freezes up when I try to access the LR menu to set my skill/Perk points. Can anyone help me out with this please?

    Playable follower?

    This is an odd idea I had whilst thinking up characters for my Skyrim playthrough. What if; in your travels you met a charcter who agreed to be your follower, that you could choose what they looked like, like you designed you Dragonborn, and then once you had designed them, you could swap to them and play as that follower with your Dragonborn serving as your follower untill you decided to swap back. Could this be done? Just asking, Thanks.

    Healing Hands=aggressivness?

    Good point... Excuse me there, didnt think of that problem. Read about it and it mucks the game if you just uninstall it. Ive guess youve already reloaded the game and the bug just keeps appearing? Both with followers and random npcs?

    I am at a loss. Ive looked around on google and didnt find anything useful. If no one else have an idea you probably have to reinstall the game and check mod by mod which it is that is causing this, or if it is the game itself.

     

    I am so sorry that I havent been any help here, and hope someone else have a solution or input for you. If you can´t play with the bug, reinstallation is an option that can point out the culprit at least. If you do this and find the mod that are causing this, go to the mods author and explain the issue so they can help you out.

    But if you can play with the bug, just resurrect the npc/follower if he/she dies through the console. And don´t bother to heal others.

    I haven't reloaded though I might be doing that in the foreseeable future, and I haven't tried it with followers yet, I'm one of those guys who hates to lose their progress or leave something unfinished and I've yet to get through a playthrough of Skyrim without a game-breaking bug occouring. Thanks for trying anyway, I really apprieciate it.

    Had the same issue about a half-year ago. My solution: Don´t heal the un-greatful bastards.. :mad:

     

    Sorry that I can´t be to much help, but I only have dr bandoiler as simular mod. And what little I know it should not be the problem, do you use boss or something else that fixes your loadorder? Maybe you should go through it and see if there is any mod that you can live without? Which was the latest mods you installed around the time the bug appeared? Try to uninstall that/them and run the game and see if that is the solution.

    Only thing I can think of that I instlled before this started happening was the Unofficial Skyrim Patch. And I do use BOSS because I'm a hopeless judge of where mods should go in the load order unless I'm specifically told where to put them. Thanks for trying to help anyway.

    Yes, that is a terrible and baffling suggestion.

     

    Download TES5Edit and load up all your mods, then open Skyrim.esm in the left pane, Armor, select any armor entry that has 0 armor for you ingame and see which mod to the very right is editing the value.

    One way to fix that is to use Reproccer it modifies vanilla and moded armor and weapon stats to work with SkyRe bad thing is that you will need SkyRe to use it. Not sure about Wrye Bash Bashed patch fix it might work.

    I really don't like overhauls like SkyRe, is there really no other way?

    All my armor mid-game has just suddenly showed a rating of 0, I've got no idea what could be causing it and I can't revert to a previous save to avoid the problem, I would appreciate any help in fixing this problem.

    This really looks like fun, Will you include the Night Lord's armor and Sundrinker from the expansion mod? I loved the Night Lord's garb in Oblivion and Sundrinker was amazing!

     

    maybe... I'll craft a version of Sundrinker...and/or have it replace Arkay's Fury. As for the Night Lord's Armor....I did have something similer in mind. If you recall at the end of the OVB quest you could kill the Night Lord or join him.. (cough) hint hint

     

    I killed him. True to the Order to the very end.

     

    Then I guess the choice will be easy for you. either way you'll still be able to get the armor.

    AmazingFollowerTweaks is very script intensive and you should use either ufo or this one but never the 2...also use only DragonCombatOverhaulDragonborn you dont need DragonCombatOverhaul for the vanilla game .

    i dont use/used most that you have so i cant tell more about it

    When attempting to perform tasks like mining, wood chopping, absorbing dragon souls and continuing the storyling etc. There is a delay of roughly 10-30 seconds before the script in question takes place or in some cases stops completely. Any help in explaining this would be appriciated.

    When I first started playing I bought Breezehome as soon as I could, and used it as a home should be used, but now I can't enter it without crashing the game. Can anyone give me some assistance please? Non of my mods modify Breezehome in any way and I'm stumped on what's wrong.
