I would buy the game, but I live in the Middle East. Best I can do is buy a pirated copy that's been burned on a DVD. If I had access to a place that would sell original copies of it, I would buy it without thinking about it, but I have nothing to resort to but pirating.

Title. I downloaded Fallout 3 without any mods because I want to experience it fully. Downloaded patch 1.7, game wouldn't launch, downloaded GeMM, clicked Install Tweaker, clicked that checkbox, launched Fallout 3, made a new game, game crashed. Help. Please.
