That was my closest try to tears, cause in the set you've mentioned it was just the light and Siobhans amazing eye reflection ^^

I did once a series with "tears" but I achieved that look with some work on the face textures.
Mmmh... this sounds heavy. Aipex did amazing work with his vampire-stage-mod, where he added a bloody mouth after the vampire got feeded, but I think this should be only possible with scripts and I dont know anything about it.

 

Easier would be a nice complexion as we have muscular and sweaty complexions, agreeing on what Kayol said ^^

I can perfectly accept any rules you make, and I think, most of the other User too.

But handing out restrictions of about three weeks image upload block for a rule that was not written down (not only not cleary, it wasnt) is the definition of unfair.

Just because she "was not using common sense". Nope, sorry.

It is likely not allowed to post images where hands are covering decent parts of the body as nipples, so is it allowed to cover nudity parts like breasts with other 'things' (not armor!) like environment (flowers in the grass etc, furniture), or some haircuts who are long enough or water when flagged as adult-content?

I dont want to cross that border again, so I better ask before than having the troubles afterwards. I'm not complaining either, just I dont know right now how to handle this ^^

[Clarification and expansion on Image Share rule changes]

I've got a short question about images 'covering' unallowed parts, as because last week I've got one of my images removed, not because of showing nipples but for hands covering her breasts and hiding nipples and most of the breasts.

This leaves me a little bit insecure.

Is it allowed to cover nudity parts like breasts with other 'things' (not armor!) like environment (flowers in the grass etc), or some haircuts who are long enough or water when flagged as adult-content?

@Robin + the Nexus Team: please reconsider your plans to disable the image-tags for the image descriptions! They are essential for so many of us screenarchers, storytellers and modders!

 

All of us, who use them regularly, know how to properly resize our images! It rarely happens that someone adds fullsize PNGs - and then usually just because that person is new and has no idea how to resize the additional shots and to which size so that they fit into the site layout (nobody wants to have cut off, gigantic pics in his image description).

The little galleries are no burden for the Nexus when they are hosted elsewhere and they load instantly when you don't add too many shots (I normally use 3-5 additional shots for my showcases and little picture stories)... > set a limit of 10 additional pics or so if you think it is the best way, but please don't take this feature away entirely.

 

 

Like the others before me already said > it would be awful to lose the main feature that enables us to express our creativity - we need it to tell our tales (with pics + text), showcase armors properly (main shot + addition small pic showing more details of the armor), add alternative shots of a scene,... screenarching and storytelling have become an artform, and showcasing mods is important for modders and users alike.

 

 

If you want to improve the site-performance then set some limits and inform people when they are uploading shots (in a little box underneath the no-nudity rule maybe):

- how to properly use the image-tags (+maybe some other bb-code basics)

- the maximum allowed image-size for the additional shots (900 or 920pixels wide for example)

- and how many can be added in one image description (10 or whatever you think is reasonable)

 

(Clickable links are no real alternative in my opinion - a series of shots has to be viewed at once,.. and not separately by following some external links,...)

 

 

Please think about this - and find a compromise which does not destroy the work of so many wonderful, talented and creative people! The image-tags are really a big advantage of the Nexus image share - they gave/give us all many possibilities to be creative, don't take this away now - there will hopefully be another (less "dramatic") way to improve site-performance...

 

Can we make this a petition? I'd totally signed...

To tell these stories the way we do is the main reason some of us (me) play these games.

I became a premium member to the ModsNexus and now it seems you are considering to remove the one major thing I use it for.

I find this more then a little distressing.

[Skyrim - Mod Detectives Thread]

Looking for a mod where I can change the lip-volume in the race menu ... I had it once, and I know it still works with ethereal elven overhaul (slider of chin-something changes lip volume) but not for human races.
Any ideas or help?
