Hey all, I lost my Decorations Menu in my settlement menu. I am running SMM but it doesn't notice that the category is missing. Help!

I scraped a section of vault that still had items in it, including a rack of my magazines. Scraped items usually show up in the workbench, but my mag rack and magazines seem to be gone. Are they, can I recover them some how?
