  1. well one of those would be nice too ya know, especially these days. and i'm not being too vague really, i just need a modeled creature that looks like it belongs in a horror flick lol. I've searched the nexus here for something to use as a resource but haven't found anything. if there was something there i could use i would. it's kinda hard for a person with no modeling experience to make something like that lol
  2. So I need a modeller, preferably one who has done modelling of creatures before for any game. I need an abomination, something so horrible and horrifying it had to be locked up for everyone's safety... doesn't have to be huge, but it should stand about as tall as a supermutant. Plz and Thx :D
  3. hey all, I got a UI problem this time. The problem lies with the fact that i'm supposed to be using two UI's that are compatible, but don't wanna play nice. IBIUI's readme suggests a change in the hud_main_menu file, but whenever that change seems to be executed my game CTD's before the loading screens start. when activated ingame without this change the game works fine up until I get the new UI set up, then my UI completely disappears, and the hotkeys for the UI stop working. has anyone experienced these issues before or know how to possibly fix them so that DarN's UI and IBIUI can work together?
  4. if i may make a suggestion on how you might base your damage per lvl-up perhaps they could be based off your core skills e.g. A melee weapons dmg increases because of a strength increase and increase in melee skill. where as a sniper would increase based off of your perception (to know where to hit and see it on the body) and your big-guns skill etc...

So I got my game started and upon starting a new game I ran into something that isn't quite right, when I went to customize my apearance the projection computer testures were blurred, the menus all work fine but the computer portion itself is blurry and unreadable. The same goes for my Pip-Boy. Another thing too is I have NMC's Performance package and minimal bump-maps installed and a couple other texture replacers but they don't seem to be taking effect either... luckily I got screenshots to show you all. I tried the archive invalidation trick, but no matter what I seem to try, nothing works. I got a pip-boy retex mod and it works, but everything on it is blurred out except for the menus themselves. http://imageshack.us...reenshot0b.png/ http://imageshack.us...eenshot1sf.png/ This second Ss is of a rock that is supposed to have hi-res retextures on it...and the ground looks the same... What am I doing wrong? Edit: I put this in technical support because I count this as an issue with my game rather than something related to mods...although I may be entirely wrong...

  8. Ok I'll see what happens. Does My Load Order look right? BOSS says it is but I have 3 plugins it doesn't recognise...Apparently I'm missing 2 master files according to FOMM (I tried Bash but it was being a pain in the ass and wouldnt recognise fallout)...One is EVE Operation Anchorage, the other is XCalibr which isn't available anymore...why is this? Ok, so I reinstalled Fallout 3 for another go round and ran into a bit of a problem, I installed the mods below, ran BOSS and FOMM to try and get the best line up I could, and have FOSE installed and running. But whenever my game starts up it immediately CTD's before it can even get to the loading slides...I have the FSR installed and the patches are up to date (i hope). I'm not sure what's causing the problem, and a clean Load (the Unofficial Patches and DLC's only) and the game works just fine. I get no warning txts or messages when I CTD. Help? I need to know what could be causing the problem and if I have everything I need to make this game run smooth. Please and Thank you all who do help!   10. A topic was rbought up this morning at about 4 about the bypass filter. here is why: While discussing a mod a member of the chat said friggin and was warned about bypassing the chat filter. The question arised as to why he was warned about using friggin. a General view of the chat was that friggin wasn't an attempt to bypass the chat filter and was considered a safe alternative to swearing. questions arose slightly when asked why it was preferred we use filter bypasses such as F*ck or S*** or Damm when words like Frcik, Shoot, or Darn are much more likely to get you kicked from the chat when the others wouldn't. Perhaps one of the mods or staff would be able to shed some light on the subject, I was told there was a lecture a while before I arrived but nobody ever explained it to me. Thanks!
  11. Basically I just need a suit, armored or not, that makes the player look like a complete stuffed teddy bear.
