Ok I fixed the problem. All I did was go outside, fast travel to windhelm, fast travel back, go back to the ragged flagoon and the script fired. She came up and initiated dialogue, yadda yadda. I'm good now :)

Hi, so I just finished hard answers and got to the ragged flaggoon as Karliah directed me to, and when I tried talking with her, no dialogue was initiated. She just kept going "quickly, what is it?" I don't know what the problem is... Am I just supposed to follow her? Hi, So I recently upgraded my GPU from an AMD Radeon 5670 HD to an AMD Radeon r7 dual-x Saphhire edition 265 2gb <-- just for reference For some reason, whenever I'm in a cave or dungeon, and near water or say cave rain, a wierd graphics glitch occurs. It's kind of hard to explain, but when I hit water, it starts glitching between under-water mode and above water, the sound is the most prevelant. I wish I could be more clear, but it's hard to even understand what's going on myself. If needed, I can see if I can fraps what is happening, thus it might be easier to diagnose. Just letting you know, I upgraded my drivers to the latest form just now, so I doubt that's the issue. For reference, he's my Load order: Again, any help will be appreciated
