I'm at my wit's End. I've reinstalled the binaries, the game works fine when launched through steam, only change i've done is adding Rudy ENB. Here's my load order, if anyone has any idea how to fix this please give me some recommendations. So apparently every single person's head in the game's skin tone is slightly off, the heads are all pale

In that case you defenitely need a patch. If you used BOSS before you posted the load order in your first then no, it's not good enough. I'm not really interested in the order of the plugins though. I'm more interested to see which plugins you have and which you don't. I did a manual install of Project Reality.
