    When I build my settlement up to a large amount my CPU and GPU utilization seem to drop and my fps tanks, it doesn't seem to matter what game settings I use my performance barely increases/lowers. Its as if I'm being CPU bottlenecked but my CPU is under 40% utilization on the highest core.
