  1. This is what I'm seeing... Everything feels very crammed in together and it's hard to read mod descriptions before actually clicking on a mod I may be interested in. The list view from before, while it didn't show as many mods at once, was a lot easier on the eyes and a lot less overwhelming. --theblackfist
  2. I vote to bring back the list view too! Really for all the reasons that @EagleFour mentioned. --theblackfist
  3. 36 here. Feel 26 by heart and mind; however, my body looks that of a 19 year old! Anyone now in their 30's (or even 40's) remember your 20's at all? Did it also go by so fast that your 30's still feel like your 20's? --theblackfist
  4. Yep I agree with this too! Why hide something that's still there and functional? Plus there's other little things that, while may be small and minute to some, these things added that human element and excitement to surfing the Nexus (both the forums and mod sites). Little things like: - The "about me" tab on ppl's profiles and the ability to customize that page - The "Real Name" at the top of ppl's profiles (especially when adding a comment to someone's image or video they released, mentioning them by their real name goes a long ways to "keep them going" and releasing more cool content). - Of course the "friends" tab - The number of total posts they've made at the top of both their profiles and any comments they make --theblackfist
  5. Oh nice find Selene! Thanks for that info, it's very helpful!! Kudos --theblackfist
  6. This is something I have to whole-heartily agree with. I rarely comment in the forums and I've been a member of this site since 2008, however having the "friends" tab on profiles (everyone's profiles) was an easy way to see not just the mods they've got, but also to get caught up with any new screenshots, videos and updates that they may have especially if you've not logged in for some time and would like a quick way to see what's up with your favorite authors. After all, if you liked their content, friending them is a great way to get more of anything else they may come up with!. All your favorites in one spot! Now to pull up my friends profiles, either I'll look to see if they've released any new screenshots, mods or videos in the (insert game) media section, then click on their name from there, or I start typing their user name in the website address bar. It works, but not as great as clicking on their profiles in the "friends" tab. Why did we get a downgrade with a new update? Don't get me wrong, I love most of the changes and additions we got with the new forum update, but things also got taken away from us and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that didn't appreciate that. --theblackfist
  7. The connection times out for me on Skyrim Nexus and Oblivion Nexus, yet the Fallout Nexus loads up just fine for me. What's funny about this is that I tried to connect to the Skyrim Nexus today at work and that worked flawlessly (easily got on it). My internet connection for other web sites here at home is good, but I'm still unable to load up these two web sites. Sarcism: maybe my IP address locked up for Skyrim Nexus and Oblivion Nexus....
