I know this was posted a few years ago, but I ran into the same problem recently and noticed no one found a solution. I changed the load order of my mods using BOSS and it fixed the problem. I don't have DB enhanced blood, EVE or Project Nevada installed so they definitely didn't cause the problem, well not sure what did to be honest haha. Hope this helps anyone who sees this.
