  1. I don't think this was mentioned above, so: Zevran and Leliana don't make an appearance in Awakening. If you romanced one of them, however, you will receive a Letter From Zevran/Letter From Leliana in your codex. Morrigan is mentioned in the prologue, I believe, and Sten makes no appearance or reference whatsoever.
  2. The ritual dismemberments quote is a reference to Buffy the Vampire Slayer, as new episode would air on Tuesdays
  3. Ah, forgot Awakening! Can't leave Anders out of this, can we? Nathaniel: How do the templars always find you, Anders? Anders: Incredibly angry, that's how they find me. Nathaniel: There must be some trick to it, surely. Anders: They began recruiting women. The male templars never stopped to ask for directions. Nathaniel: You're impossible to talk to. Anders: I do my best!
  4. DA has so many great moments. I love the whole conversation when you first recruit Morri (hence my username). Other than that, hmm... When recruiting Dog: Warden: Alright, you can come, but only if you're useful. Morrigan: And yet we still have Alistair along. Zevran talking to Loghain (the full dialogue isn't present for the sake of avoiding spoilers): Zevran: You know who I am, yes? I was one of the Crows you hired to kill the Grey Wardens. Loghain: I thought you looked familiar. Zevran: Well, I just wanted to report that I failed my mission, Loghain. Loghain: You don't say. Zevran: I'm terribly broken up over it. Loghain: Hmm. Well thank you kindly for informing me.
  5. 92. With a high level in acrobatics, you can climb the Anvil Chapel and get on top of the walls. Once on the walls, you can jump over the edge and run around a not-fully-generated Cyrodiil. 93. Hatred's Soul (a bow) and Hatred's Heart (a mace) can be found while in the Chorrol Oblivion Gate. Just turn around and explore behind the gate once in Oblivion. You have to travel a little while, but eventually you come across a door labeled The Fume Vaults. Adventuring through them will bring you to the area where the weapons are located, 94. In the Anvil Mages' Guild, one of the mages has a pet imp named Sparky.
  6. Oh, yes, I do remember my first time. I'm not sure how old I would have been. Relatively young, anyway. We didn't have a 360 then, or a computer that would run it, so the first time I played was at my aunt's. She was (and still is) a huge geek, and I remember begging her to play so I could watch her. Then it dawned on me that I could play, myself. I remember just standing in awe of everything, as soon as I got out of the sewers. Considering that up until this point, I had been on the original XBox, the graphics were stunning. The next thing I remember is stealing all the food from the guard barracks. Ah, good times.
  7. I love Skyrim. Lot's of fun, like the world, love Lydia, but it'll never be Oblivion. Maybe it's the nostalgia I get whenever I hear the them music, or that moment when you face off against the giant slaughterfish, or the confusion of being contacted by Lucien and having no idea who you killed, but there was just some magic (mysticism, anyone?) that Oblivion boasts that will always keep it close to my heart. DB will always be Dark Brotherhood to me, not Dragonborn. In terms of mods... well, I am usually a console gamer, and just installed Oblivion a few days ago. I've played it on the 360, but the realm of mods is new territory for me, so I don't have mush to day in that regard. Maybe 'A Brotherhood Renewed' if you like the assassins?
  8. I have to admit, I hate Oblivion Gates. Clearing every corner is time consuming and just boring. The only gate the I explore completely is the Chorrol gate, where you can get the Hatred's Soul (which, when used with the Hatred's Soul Arrows, inflicts the highest level of base damage for a bow in the game, if acquired by a character level 19+) and Hatred's Heart weapons. Other than that, I just run through and ignore anything that ignores me.
  9. Just a note that when I went to open the file in Notepad, I couldn't find it; I had to search for the Oblivion.ini file outside the program and then open it. Anyone having trouble locating it within Notepad might want to try this
