After seeing some Dovahkiin running around the world in my modded skyrim i thought it would be nice to have some new npcs in the world that look like other players. mismatched armour, full inventories, rare items, ect. Maybe have a name and level on them. Some nice features. 1. Being able to buy and sell to some. 2. High level with daedric armour all the way down to someone just leaving helgen. 3. Fake chat maybe? 4. Having some kind of leveling system for them so the same npc you can see multiple times and each time he has changed as if he progressed through the game.
