There have been a lot of posts with suggestions and videos to watch that suggest how to fix this issue but none of them work. I (along with many others) can not play Fallout4 with mods since Far Harbor was released. I have tried every suggestion without success. I have deleted FO4 and NMM, re-downloaded and have the same issues. NMM loads all my mods. LOOT confirms my load order. The Plugins.txt file has an * before each mod and is not marked read only. Fallouts new mod manager says all of my mods are loaded. No joy. One thing I have noticed is that the game works fine if I remove the Fallout4Custom.ini (albeit without mods). With Fallout4Custom.ini the game will CTD every single time at the end of the initial load, with either my saved game or a new game. I've searched for mod conflicts, deactivating mods one by one. Even with all mods deactivated except for Fallout4.esm and DLCCoast.esm, the game will CTD with the custom ini file. The custom file reads: [Archive] bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 sResourceDataDirsFinal= Edit (Solution): A single UI mod was the culprit. I guess in doing everything else I had fixed the game. Deactivating UI mods did the trick. Game runs fine now.

I'm also having the same issue. All mods are activated in NMM. All mods prefaced by * in plugins.txt. All mods "show" as active in Bethesda's new in-game mod manager. In LOOT (most recent version), all mods are recognized and sorted but only the Fallout4.esm has a green check before it. None of the mods work in the game. Edit: I did not have the most recent version of LOOT. The version on Nexus http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5310/? is an update of the version on LOOT's website. Now all my mods show active in LOOT but still do not load in the game :sad: Edit 2: This evening Loot has been updated to version 0.9.0 at https://github.com/loot/loot/releases/tag/0.9.0 Edit 3 (Solution): A single UI mod was the culprit. I guess in doing everything else I had fixed the game. Deactivating UI mods did the trick. Game runs fine now.
