I think this is a good idea and I think you need to make him at ,least personality wise, like a mix between Raul and Charon from Fallout 3. I think he would be more awesome if he had Raul's type of humor and useful advice with Charon's dark intimidating attitude. Also give him, Ranger Combat Armor because I always thought that would be cool to see a ghoul underneath one of those helmets.

I've been looking on the Nexus and I haven't seen any mods that add a lot of NCR Veteran Rangers to the game. What I would like is a mod that maybe adds like 5 unique NCR Veteran Rangers (hopefully voiced) that have their own little quests and back stories that tie into each others' and maybe give them each unique ranger helmets to separate them in appearance.
