I've recently been experimenting with several ENBs and comparing and contrasting my performance to others, before, and after the ENB was applied. However, I am not able to accurately give myself a performance prediction using this info because it seems as though I am capped at 60 fps. No matter whether I am staring at the ground, the sky, inside or outside, it never shoots above 60, or the occasional 61 for a split second. So I did some searching and found the iPresentInterval value had to be changed to 0. Unfortunately, doing so changed nothing. My fps still seems capped at 60 no matter where I am. I have also tried setting everything to low, and it remains at 60, so performance is not the bottleneck here. I would just like to know why I am not able to turn vsync off. I do realize there are some physics quirks that may come along with doing so, but I am doing this just to get a reference of my stock performance.
