  1. weeell...i'm not fully sure if mer would change into apes LOL after all nobody really knows what mer could have derived from hahaha in the end they are some sort of bat-people or squirrel-people haha
  2. Oh man I would LOVE to see Mer change into Weregoats and Humans into Werewolves...Weresabres and Weredovah are literally beast...hands down on that. If it would really become an option I would SOOOO download it!
  3. I'd highly appreciate a possibility to make any fist damage scale with the one armed perk...it's stupid that your weapon damage scales but your fist damage doesn't...how is that evel logical?
  4. short question - doesn't skyrim get bigger and bigger by the time you're playing? because this might also cause problems...sure, the graphics and places and what not are the same, but the more random events you have the more it has to calculate thus leading to lags and stuttering. we all know skyrim doesn't have the best calculations...so am i on a right path with my thought or am i horribly wrong?
  5. compiling a bat might help you. theoretically you can tell the game to execute the bat file everytime you discover something new...it might show you what you've discovered then but then it should deactivate all map markers again i think compiling this bat is easier than making a mod for that sole purpose
  6. okay so first off - i hope there is more people like me who think the cry of the skeletal dragons (as heard here: http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Skeletal_Dragon) is suuuuper epic and want normal dragons to cry like this, additionally to their normal cries. i request that this sound should be added to the way living dragons use to cry...what do you think? it's a rather...small request i suppose and i hope it is as easy to do as i imagine :)
  7. i know of a mod on steam that disables the compass map markers and is called "true compass" (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=8787&searchtext=compass)...but i guess there's hardly anything you can do about the map itself, tbh. basically the same mod is on nexus aswell - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/391//?
  8. ^even though i don't have neither one of the dlcs i approve of that thought. it's just...why would the hunt for the supreme character end with super powerful brute force and magicka while he can also be sophisticated. if one wants to get the ultimate character there should also be options to learn all languages and avoid unnecessary fights, maybe there could also be quests where one for example runs into a bunch of falmer but by talking to them one can avoid the battle and instead be brought to the falmer chief of that area where that chief explains the lore of the falmers and what not. might be interesting, would add immersion and you could add new npcs and maybe even places...i mean why would the college of winterhold not have someone who is able to understand falmer writings or dwemer writings...i find the winterhold college poorly designed in its state as is. it should be a greater instance imho.
  9. depends...i always wondered why the hell our protagonist could read the rune lexicon...either it was a "digital picture/hologram" or it makes no sense to me, personally. ofc the speech perks for all the normal races should be on the same height in the skill tree and the prices would be like only 10% better so it doesn't get a free for all merchants festival. the next higher stage would be ancient nord and falmer, then the next stage after that would be dwemer and dragon. it should give you a chance to manipulate the whole gameplay by placing this extra in the speech skill tree. that's something i would like...because it's sad that everyone is only speaking cyrodiilic, when there are a ton of other languages around tamriel. it would be just like in real life - if you speak someone's language and they find out about it they will be more likely to think you are charismatic, so the better prices would make sense.
  10. hi there, there was something that came into my mind while dloading the dwemer books mod in original dwemeri language. what about adding a perk to "translate" these books when you get it? same with dragon textwalls...why not translate it once you get the respective perk? the whole mod should be called native languages of tamriels or sth like that with immersive gameplay effects. so basically it would transform "foreign languages" into readable latin (ofc it would also work for cyrillic, japanese, chinese etc.). and what about hostile dwemer machines...they should listen to you once you master the dwemeri language (which would come in later parts of the speech skill tree), so you could turn them to attack hostile falmer enemies. long story short - you could talk with khajit or others in their native language and get positive effects from it - better prices on merchants, new followers, stuff like that. what do you think about that?
