It is the same for me, it does seem that Skyrim game version 1.6.1130 for some reason is the cause of this bug, I am going to use SkyUI SE - Difficulty Persistence Fix I hope it will fix it for me.

I am a real-life writer, and my whole life is all about vampires, thanks to modders we can experience a dream-like life in Skyrim, at least I do. Since I love Vampires more than anyone in the world, I always roleplay as a vampire and become the most powerful being in Skyrim, thanks to the awesome mods, here are the mods I love for becoming a vampire darker than darkness. Better Vampires Better Vampire Lords Beast resistance for Vampire Lord. True Vampire Lord Cold Heaven, etc. As you all know a Vampire Lord must have a great coffin and a super dark castle as well but sadly we don't have so many options concerning that matter, we have fantastic mods such as Castle Vladimir, Castle Orlock from Oldrim and the list goes on, however, they are either lack the dark atmosphere suitable for a vampire lord or their location would allow enemies to get to the castle without the slightest effot. --- Castle Volkihar is the castle I love the most but the castle is located in one of the worst locations on the map, a vampire castle has to be atop a super high mountain which means it would be nearly impossible for others to get to the castle but the vampires themselves, or it needs to be super well hidden, like vampire mage lair mod so I have some ideas I hope the modders would take into account/ be interested in... --- A: Vampire Lord needs a super dark and eye-catching coffin where they can sleep during the daytime so the game desperately needs a great vampire coffin mod that would allow players to see their vampire sleeping in them. --- B: A well-hidden crammed crypt within the castle where the coffin from part A is hidden. --- C The cave Forbears' Hold Out can be a super great hideout for vampires, I am surprised that none has noticed how great that location is for a great vampire mod, of course, the Prophet quest must be completed for the mod to be set into motion. --- D How about moving castle Volkihar atop a very lofty mountain? this can be a quest when the Dawnguard main quest line is completed, the new king/queen of the Volkihar clan decides that the castle is exposed to the outside world and the castle needs to be teleported to somewhere inaccessible for the rest of the world but vampires, let's be honest having castle Volkihar atop of one of the highest mountains of Skyrim would be exceedingly cool, of curse the body of the mountain must give the player that the castle is extremely fortified. Note: I can also write a new vampire quest line for vampire mods if modders are interested, sadly I don't know how to create/make mods I wish I were able to do that.

Greetings, I do hope that success and happiness be the inseparable parts of your life. We all loved Skyrim as game players and thanks to mod makers it has become even much more enjoyable. I am the one that is obsessed with vampires beyond salvation, my whole life is about them, literally my love for vampires is limitless and infinite and the games are the only windows I can be what I love the most. For me Vampires, especially vampire lords are infinite power that cast darkness over darkness itself, personally I don't care about balance in the game, the idea of becoming a vampire lord to me it to become omnipotent in the game. I also have great ideas about vampires that I share them here with you. Would mind at least teaching me how to change vampire lord's blood bomb damage amount manually? I have seen mods that allow weapons deal 9000 damage. I have also used all vampire mods in Skyrim we could have the perfect combination of these: True vampire Lord Soys Vampire perks (This one is the best one but sadly is incompatible with special edition) Better vampires with out a doubt. I also used Sacrocent and, vampire lord's perks expanded and etc and still nothing has been able to make Vampire Lord as powerful as Soys. Here are my ideas I hope they'll be useful to you 1- Make great castle like castle Volkihar with great and mighty towers (exactly like Volkihar) on top of a mighty mountain, it should be circled by mountains and ghastly cliffs. 2- I can choose my own coven with main members and other lower members. 3- In entire skyrim everyone should speak about my castle and coven with dread. 4- Clearly with unique dialog I must be recognized as the vampire king/queen. 5- Gargoyles in the castle should be under my command. 6- The throne of Vampire must be Vampiric with skulls and bat wings carved on its frame and two mighty gargoyles should be on both sides of the throne. 7- A very special Vampire style marriage would be very good.( I have the details in my mind) 8- As the master I should be able to make vast requests from my coven. 9- Other Vampire clans should respect my clan. 10. Add a great destructive black hole power to Vampire Lord compatible with all other Vampire Lord mods such as true vampire lord and soys mode. 11- Great Vampire cape I should have like the Vampire in night flier movie. 12- The cape of Vampire Lord must be black. 13- The coffins should be black and for Vampire Lord it hast to be a very mighty one with skull and bat wings on it. 14- A true Vampire Lord can summon a black hole to suck anything in itself and decompose them. 15- A True Vampire Lord can summon a large black cloud that eats anything it touches.

Well i personally think we should get a new one built from the ground up? Because well, some of the rewards are locked behind the faction including the strange stones and the 3rd word for disarm. Plus i hate this faction so much, they are so evil and greedy... Esepecially Brynolf... :\ I do hate this faction as well, they make my undead black vampire blood boil, and they think are better than anyone else, those black briarers and Brynolf are really worse than Nazim in whiterun . I do wish there were a mode we could effectively imprison them to the last day and night of their life. Their missions is really boring and stupid and their armor is rubbish, currently I use the Choice is yours mod to avoid forced quests such as the one damn Brynolf give to the player.

For me everything is about Vampires, I worship vampires, I have great plans for vampires but I am not a mod maker so I cannot share them with other vampire lovers. About this I must say there can be two paths: 1- You starts as a lesser vampire either within the Movarth coven or simply join his coven then you advance and Volkihar Vampires invite you to the castle and send you to the Dimhallow Crypt. 2- You become the Vampire King and began organizing lesser vampires in Skyrim, putting them in order in this case there can be several different option for Morvath these can be the options: A) Invite them to the castle and there in the castle order them to make the town's people in to cattle by teaching them a more powerful thralling vampire spell, so when you visit the town they are your and Morvarth coven thralls. B) In disguise you got to the town and enter the coven and speak with members of the clan and make a gathering to you reveal your self as the Vampire Lord of the clan Volkihar and bond them to your will and then proceed with option A. C) Hearing the news of the coven you travel there with Volkihar vampires first subjugate the coven by ordering your Volkihar vampires to beat them in combat (not Killing them) and then proceed with option A D) After subjugating the coven attack the jarl's house and enthrall the town during the attack only beat the mortals not killing them. There can be other options too for now I only share four. Note: If there will be a mod maker that would be interested to cooperate I can write many interesting stories for vampires, making the skyrin the land of role play for vampire lovers.

Would you mind telling if there is a higher version than 1.7.3 for Skyrim Legendary Edition? and if there is where I can download it?

I am a writer and English is not my first language but I will not let than to have great influence on my writings I promise if a mod maker accepts to work with our ideas I would write a good plot. More importantly I am beyond obsessed to vampires with a real limitless love my each inhale and exhale are possessed with that love for undead vampires. I have much more ideas for Vampires but as I mentioned mod makers are not interested in vampires fore several years I have been trying to find a one who can create a grand mod but they simply say your ideas are great but difficult to accomplish or "We're not in to vampire stuff" Thank you for supporting my ideas and I must admit your idea as a female character to marry with Harkon is great and I loved it. We can give Harkon a full name too Lord Harkon Volkihar, Ihave always wanted to use the word "Volkihar" in my grand novel I work on but first I must get the permission to use it any way again thank you for your support.

It is one the things I've always wanted to see in Skyrim I can write a story line for this to happen but mod maker are not so much interested in Vampires. For example we can have these options: 1- Harkon admits to use the bow for blotting the sun blood stained arrows just like the dragon born. 2- Since dragon born has become a vampire his/her blood can have the same effect! 3- A mixture of Serana,Dragon born and harkon 's blood can blot the sun. 4- Or as true Vampire Lord Harkon must be a true immortal instead of defeating him we can imprison him in a special coffin. 5- An official vampiric marriage with Serana can grant real royal class to the dragon born of course it can be quest given by Harkon. 6- Tearing down the castle Volkihar and rebuilding it at peak of a mighty mountain for having better defense. 7- Adding thrones at Harkon's side for Serana and Dragon born for happy ending. 8- Harkon can be convinced for alternative endings that are mentioned above. 9- Dragon born reveals the prophecy is plot from Boeathia the rival of Molag Bal, to do harm on Volkihar Clan
