i have a small problem i cant speak to vampires how do i fix this i cant finish my dawnguard quest

i tried it and now i cant really do the dawnguard quest now because i cant speak to any vampires... and if you look closely in solitude the blue palace to the right of the jarl is her court wizard she is a vampire i cant even speak to her either... what do i do now?

Ok hello everyone.. so i decided to install a mod that give me both werewolf and vampire transformation powers and i like it its beast... but when i tried to start the Dawnguad quest something went wrong usually i side with the vampires but this time i decided to go with the Dawnguards but when i went up the the castle everyone immediately started attacking me call me a vampire i was like o crap i forgot to turn off the mod so i turned it off and uninstalled it tried again and they still attacked me then i was like forget this **** dawnguards i went over to the vampires and for some strange reason they started attacking me too i was like wtf the i realized one of them called me a werewolf.... face-palming really hard im confused i dont know what to do... i made sure i get rid of all files that have too do with that mod.. i need someones help without have to reload a previous save because i kinda messed up with that

im having another problem now... it wont let me play skyrim because i deleted HiAlgoBoost and it keeps saying reinstall to play but i dont want it it makes my fps drop sevrely and its annoying.

i am currently stuck in dragonsreach i load fine but if i try to quicksave or leave it CTD and i dont know what to do... :( any help?

Do you have any mods that have anything to do with race or being a vampire... if not i recommend getting Better Vampires by Brenhanin, i also had problems with changing when i was the Ningheim race and when i would go into lord form and change back i would become a Nord for some strange reason so i went looking through mods and i found Better Vampires and it fixed it for me so.. try it and see if that helps. If you do have mod that have something to do with vampires or race try reinstalling them to see if that also works.

im also having SKSE problems my SkyUI relies on SKSE and it says im not up to date when i recently downloaded the latest version .. what do i do?

my skyrim freezes after about 5min of ingame activity i have turned off mods that take up a lot of space so im only really using armor mods and texture mods ... my fps is good i dont know whats wrong it just freezes i also use medium low quality so i really shouldnt have a problem. it shuts off completely straight to my desktop. another thing is sometimes when i deactivate some of my mods on nmm they are still active so im not sure whats off and whats on,, if one of the mods are freezing me i cant really tell which one. what should i do? any advise anyone?
