i totally agree with that perspective, there is a lot of possibilities and i am so excited man! i feel like the institute is very rich in detail and i'd like to think that i am not the only one, a lot of ideas coming in, i know the modding community and the game itself is very new but knowing that it has the similar engine as skyrim is what gives me hope that we can see the mod boom up very soon. welp, for starters after an institute dominated land, Synth settlers or laborers would be cool to see, would be much cooler if they can be exempted from adding up to the pop count; and i guess this could give way to new modding/scripting possibilities for the settlers to give them more life and immersions, other than standing around and doing the hard labor and manual work themselves. (very raw idea) one more thing is having the option to put up very small settlements, enough to enclose a small lot; if it became somehow possible for modders to manipulate the settlement border into a square (for easier placement), we could see settlements as tiled individual housings for a maximum of 2-4 settlers. (having the institute build mats from homemaker and some mod that allowed us to make a settlement anywhere we wanted, gave me this idea) - i think it's a good idea for immersion and just to have the ability to rehabilitate and reorganize commonwealth as promised by the institute. these are some and i will have a run to think of more fun ideas to discuss in the future, cheers!
