what do you mean by "readd all active effects"? I resurrected my player but i can't seem to get back all my effects back, it's like a level 30 with level 1 stats. I can't make a new game since I'm way too deep in the game to start over again.

Yeah, the RESURRECT command does solve the problem, but for some weird ass reason all the effects disappear, like how my armor rating and damage to weapon is cut by half. It is as if my skill tree is back to level 1 again, but then it says that my skill tree is still the same level before I used the command. How do I get my effects back in order again?

hey i found the answer, if you want to use the help command in windowed mode, your aspect ratio cannot go below 16:10 Widescreen. So yeah, I gave myself a pat on the back when i discovered this.
