Clean install, downgraded afterwards. Right now, I am not getting ctd at the same locations. I repeatedly tried. Could be Dyndolod culprit. There is this navmesh thing I am encountering a lot while searching for ctd at specific locations.
Edit: Modwat.ch I installed almost all of my mods. Not experincing single crash as I repeatedly tried. I am afraid of Dyndolod installation though. So I will keep playing like this.

Well, problem solved. I used SFC /scannow command at cmd to detect and repair corrupt windows files and ctd was gone just like that. I guess Skyrim were using some Windows files and that is why these ctds persistent 3 months ago and now with mods or without mods. Ussually, I format my pc after one year. This time, I was lazy.
Edit: Nope, it did not :DDD. After closing one succesfull attempt, ctd is back.

I don't know sir. After playing 1500 hours without issue with similar load orders, I just simply don't know and by without issue, I mean some occasional ctds here and there. Maybe it is time to move on Skyrim, I guess.

Thanks for the advice. I turned off Skyrim 2020 Parallax at the start of the new game because of huge performance hit. Other than that, I am sure these advices are valid but I was able to play Skyrim with 220 mods which included AI Overhaul, IEquip with no problem other than low fps which some people can not stand anymore. This CTD issue at certain places started to happen 3 months ago. I mean I have 1500 hours at Skyrim SE with similar load orders. As I said in Edit this ctd at Bleak Falls Barrow happened even I had no mods enabled. Furthermore, I used Nvidia to optimize Skyrim SE, this time ctd did not happen at that location in the profile which has no mod enabled so I immediately returned my moded profile again it did ctd. What is funny enough that when I again return to unmoded profile ctd again happened.
At this point, I am having brain seizure about what is causing the issue.

I am so done with this. 3-4 moths ago I began new gameplay through. I was getting ctd every time when I was getting near Bleaks Falls Barrow watchtower. I could not solve the issue and give up on playing. Recently, I started again playing, installed the mods and getting the same ctd at the same place. I used coc commands to get in Bleaks Falls Barrow. Good. However, ctd came again at the stairs of High Hrothgar after second pilgrim statue. Every time the game crashed, as I was going up the stairs. I again used coc command to get to 3rd statue crash again. 4th, 5th and 6th also crashed. 7th did not, so I kept playing. Right now ctd happens as I am getting near of Labyrinthian from Whiterun side. The ctd is consistent and repeatable. I use mo2 and loot. I did everything loot said but no avail. I turned off enb, no use. I am so done at this point but for last time, I will ask you if you have any idea.

Disabled all of the mods except ussep. Clicked new game, crash. I disabled ussep, clicked new game crash. I clicked again maybe 4th time to new game and it did not crash. None of my mod are active but same location crashed again. You know after Riverwood after the bridge to Whiterun after you kill the wolf and take a turn left to Bleak Falls Barrow going 20 meter or so, the game crashed at the same place. I don't know at this point. None of my mods are active, I am getting crash at the new game button and if I able to start a new game, still getting crash at the same location.
This is something related to windows 10 or my harddrive.

Sata ssd came. Here is my load order. My fps did not improve from earlier gameplaythroughs. In city 30-40 fps, outside 20-35 fps, interiors 40-60 fps but one significant bonus bonus is that all of the stuttering is gone. No fps drops and small freezes as I play the game. I was expecting a little bit fps boost but this one I can be content with as well.

Really thank you for the advice. Unfornutely, Skyrim without combat mod is really dull, I have to use it. When those use scripts, I felt it in combat, sometimes fps drops or stuttering. Well, we will see when I install the Sata Ssd. After I install my must mods, with respect to how the game runs, I will start to put on top of it slowly to see the results.

Thanks for advice, appreciate it. I actually own laptop so gpu upgrade is off limits for me. 7 years ago my gpu was great but now it is very low end and unfortunately, I cant buy another pc right now. About ENB, I can't just give up on it. Even bad textures looks good with it. I am okay with 20-30 fps as long as that fps smooth. City overhauls really puts stuttering to another level. Textures mods, I avoid as much as possible and when I install, I always choose the low texture. I was hoping ssd read time maybe help on that issue.

Intel I7 4710 MQ CPU @ 2.50 Ghz
Geforce Gtx 860M 2gb vram
8gb ddr3 1600 mhz ram
So I will add 8gb ddr3 1600 mhz ram and Samsung 870 Evo 500 Gb 560MB-530MB/s Sata SSD to the hardware. What I would like to ask is that how would these impact my Skyrim SE gaming performance with certain mods like city overhauls, texture mods or lighting mods. I know these are not magically changing my my graphic card or my cpu. Right now, with these mods I get too much stuttering in cities fps drops.

I am level 3 in my gameplay and I am getting ctd exactly the same spot on the way to bleak fall borrow. Previous character which I abandoned because of ctds, I somehow got pass that location but this time whenever I used carriage to get to winterhold from whiterun I got ctd again. Then I decided to go there by walking. Whenever, I came close to winterhold from southwest side, I got ctd again. It seems to me these exterior ctds persistent at same locations.I am using MO2 and I created another profile to play this character and activated or downloaded my desired mods. Anyone can understand why I am getting these exterior ctds. -
So I had a corrupted save because of too much installing, uninstalling mods. I used fallrim tools and save cleaner ctd fix to fix the save. It worked and the save runs smoothly right now.
But the problem is my character is not using olivier sprint 2.1 animations when weapon drawn while npc character is using the animation. Got to admit that, I removed and installed too much animation mods to this save to fix the other problems. They are solved however this one persists. I reinstalled olivier sprint countless time, didn't solve the problem. I used Fnis Pcea2 and unintalled it. I am saying this because this is the only mod separating which animation mods to be used by the player only. But I don't know if that is the problem.

Using an armor mod with cbbe bodyslides as a replacer for vanilla armor but I can not figure out how to bind cbbe bodyslides to the replacer I made.

So I made an armor replacer for vanilla for personal use in my gameplay. I put the nif files in a folder structure same as vanilla, changed their names, put the textures then made a rar folder then installed it with MO2. It did work. There is cbbe bod yslides for the armor mod which I used as a replacer but I just can not figure out how to use them in the replacer mod I created. I did managed to make cbbe body slides for the replacer with outfit studio and to some extent I am content with it although there are some clipping issues and if someone pushed slides too far, these clippings becomes unbearable.
So how can I use original cbbe body slides for the armor?
