[SKSE Data Plugins not being made]

Text files from mods like "A Matter of Time" that allow profile creation and saving are not being made. Mods like "Frostfall" give me an error saying a document was not able to be created in Skyrim/Data/SKSE/Plugins. I have Skyrim, SKSE, NMM set to be run as admin from the compatibility tab from properties. For "read only" it's a blue box, not empty or a blue check mark.

 

Latest version of Skyrim, latest version of SKSE. On Windows 7.

[texture problem]

The texture for the scope for the hunting rifle is messed up. The textures change only when I add the scope onto the rifle. I've tried deactivating and reactivating Archive Invalidation, I also have Millenia's weapon retexture project and NMcs texture pack.

I'm trying to add a quest marker to a created follower that starts when you load and I can't figure it out. Is there a video or tutorial explaining how to do this?

It seems when I sneak my game crashes. I have a i7 2600 and a raden hd 6670; I play in 720p on medium preset and my mod load order looks like this

I use LOOT and I've created a bashpatch for the mods that LOOT has suggested for a bashpatch and I've used TES5edit for all the dirty edits that LOOT has detected. I use better males and have High Res pack 2 deactivated along with the Unofficial High Res pack. I've also tried changing the sneak key and it seemed to have worked for a few minutes, but I still crash when sneaking.
