I'm surprised to see no mod already existing on this topic honestly. The only one there does is broken. anyway, i would love to see a mod that adds the armor that 'The Warden' wears, the tiefling absolute cultist being the prison warden in moonrise. her armor is incredible. And it was such a big disappointment that you couldn't take it from her. Same story with Nere in the grymforge. so a "simple" mod that adds it to the tutorial chest or vendors would be much appreciated!

been having this issue aswell. Out of nowhere i might add. been playing 20+ hours no crashing and doing the quests no problem (on different characters) but all of a sudden my current character keeps getting CTD's upon leaving kellogs house. -

Hello, i know this is an old topic. But an unsolved one all the same. a mod like that exist currently it is part of the "spice it up" mod. https://www.nexusmods.com/anno1800/mods/5 its the one called "ruins on takeover" the "downside" is that it makes every building a ruin when you capture it. And has to be repaired. wish it weren't like that but oh well. Better than nothing. -
Hey, i couldn't locate a request page anywhere, so if i missed it please dont hate me, just move my thread or tell me where it is. anyway, i've been playing alot of anno1800 recently, and well i love it. and recently begun modding the game (not making mods only downloading) and well i tried to dabble in modding myself but have to give up, its way beyond my limited skills. what i would love is a simple mod (i assume its simple). a mod similar to the ones from "spice it up" which are basically editable text files (xml can be opened with notepad++) they are easy to tweak and adjust to make the perfect mod for my playstyle. however the one mod i would love the most is a mod that expands the house capacity, so instead of say 10 farmers for low tier house it could be 20. a mod already exist that makes that possible, HOWEVER, that mod is outdated and is a well "heavy" mod. It is a merged mod with alot of features, some i dont like. And it will break other mods i use because it replaces a core file. so in short: a house mod that expands all houses or atleast makes me able to adjust to whatever amount i want for each house. the reason for this is that the islands in anno 1800 are very small, and so limits the population greatly. So yeah, im not asking for a mod that allows me to smoke a cigar with a forced animation. im asking for a mod that allows me to "wear" a cigar while i roam the wasteland. like a ring, that i can equip and unequip. now i have no idea how to make this myself and believe me i would if i could. And i have checked around too see if i could find a mod that does this without luck though. and well it kinda has to be the cigar, as its more well "personal" ? like everyone is smoking cigarettes but not my wanderer! his the top dog and smokes only da most expensive cubans to date! :D ---- i hope someone will consider this! dont rush it! :D

Yeah but the rules doesn't say im not allowed to support an old thread. which is what i did. And dont say its solved just cus its old. Is my thread solved cus its old? i've recieved no replies at all on it. How is one to know a thread/post has been solved when such information is non existing on the thread? Your assumptions doesn't make something solved. as for my activity on this forum, i've been active on the posting aspect lately while i was merely reading post's during my stay. Anyway if one is not allowed to bump then noone is allowed to reply on threads unless its a solve. i dont honestly believe this is what the forum managers intended. i bumped it in good faith to help it get solved. Not a selfbump. but if you are so eager to stop this conversation you could stop replying yourself.

since i showed up? what the hack you mean by that? i've been a member of this forum for longer than i can remember. And i dont remember "ressurecting" any threads older than a few days. if i have i was un-aware of so and that is a mistake. But it was never my intention to "resurrect" anything. im merely trying to be somewhat helpful (apparently failed at it such a shame) EDIT: i found one that was about 1.5 month old. Yeah sure i bumped it up, as i felt it was right to do so. Since the person hadn't recieved any support on it and it not being an impossible request it was about a cabin shack in the Mountains. i have a say 3-5 days old post myself no replies or anything (only the original post) its getting pushed further Down on the list everytime i "help" someone so im fully aware of what happens when i reply to a thread. Just because a thread is old doesn't mean the person who posted it should be forgotten. it might have been he had a poor timing and noone who could have helped saw his thread, Thus my reply brought it back to the light so a person who might be interested can actully see it exist. Now your way of support is this? if a person's thread is a few days or weeks old it should be forgotten and pushed into the "abyss" ? because your excuse for it is that its forgotten or solved? Well i didn't see any post in the original thread saying so. So to confirm that is hard. Anyway good day.

Hey, i'd recommend adding some Pictures/links to Pictures of your list of mods. it might be conflicting mods. Or you might have a corrupted mod. have you tried deleting the mod and re-downloading it Again? restarted your computer? restarted NMM? hope it helps! (even though i think you've already tried most of these)- 3 replies

im not sure what is meant in this request. What is it that you are requesting? "Abandoned mountain shack" Please be more specific, Locations types, etc. any links to existing or retired mod projects. from what i did understand (i think) you want a mounstain shack (probably located in the mountains? though which mountains i dont know) with a lock? that the player can use so other NPC's or creatures cant enter your "shack"?

Mind you im not talking about that script im merely talking about the eavesdropping part. You dont honestly believe i did not already know about the follower script? i have played skyrim you know.. i do mod in my free time. i suppose you could mix some scripts like when you've done a certain thing a NPC will greet you diferently. Like when you've killed Mirmulnir (first dragon) Guards will says new quotes like "by Ysmir you did it!, you killed a dragon!..." though im not sure how one would implement that script into this type of mod. i would think that the script would run after the player has said something and then limiting the script to any npc in the local cell. ofcourse the npc you ask would also need a child flag so the other script would know when one had a child or not. Btw. You get jailed for asking them to follow you cus their by saying their child cries and they should follow you? and they dont have one? seems a little i lack the proppa word for it... sorry

Just a friendy advice, (i dont mean to insult or offend in anyway) Might i urge you to actully search the nexus forum for an existing mod before requesting it? its just i see alot of mod request for non existant and relavant mods, and they get pushed down on the list each time someone adds a new mod request.. im in no position to tell anyone about what they request as i dont own this forum, however i know from experience that those who actually needs support/help doesn't get it because noone gets to read their post. Anyway Hope you understand Respect brother/sister.

From a "noob" modders perspective i would consider this "too hard" for a single person to create. This 'simple' mod would require days, if not weeks to perfect. Because most scripts are non existant. And thus needs to be created. Which is frustrating and can be hard. im not a pro and won't say this is impossible. Just that its probably a to big request to make...

Hey! i was playing around trying to make a spell that transformed me into a riekling (like setrace dlc2riekling) it works (the setrace part) however the camera is between the legs halfway trough the ground so its unplayable. i searched around for a "solution" and tried a few of them. i spend 2-3 hours screwing around with skeleton.nif and such files to change the 3rd person camera bone. However i did not succedd cus i suck at it. i know its possible as im running a mod that allows me to setrace to pretty much any vanilla creature in the game be it giants or skeevers. even draugr! So my request would be something that changed the third person bone of the riekling into something userfriendly (dont care about firstperson) i know it works aswell because other people have done it with other dlc creatures like the gargoyle and such. Sadly couldn't find a riekling one. :l if you (the maker of the mod) can i would love if you could enable attacks while you're making it playable. Right now (when you setrace) you can walk/run and enter neutral or attack mode. but cant attack (probably because of the weapon choice) Hope someone is interested in this! i can link to a tutorial i tried to follow which supposingly should enable attacking and proppa thirdperson camera. http://jaredbangerter.hubpages.com/hub/How-to-Play-as-Monsters-In-Skyrim i got stuck in this one cus i din't know what was what lol.
