What happened to Modern Firearms (Gunsmith Edition)?

That really sucks. It was the only mod on the Xbox and had multiple new weapons. I really hope it gets added back. -
I wanted to download it on the XBOX One, but suddenly it told me that the mod was under review, I come back today and it's completely removed from the workshop and the nexus. What happened to it?
