[Witch Hunt DLC - Lights of Arlathan]

I used the blood of elvenhead and it ranout so I cant detect the lights HELP

Im having the same problem it might be because the toolset is out of date

when I install the non beta runtime it still says UPDATE SKYRIM WHY???!!!!!
