I first tried with a Necro/Elementalist which i'd strongly suggest you dont do for your first character. I'm playing a Elementalist/Mesmer atm and it seems to be a good combination on both side.

I haven't had the pleasure of playing this game yet, but ive been saving up for a couple of weeks so i can buy it as soon as it is released :) Really i haven't been this excited over a game in ages!

I dont know, i really liked Civ 3. I think it was probably because i was never any good at it si i kept playing just tryin to get better. I used to fear having to go to war with another nation because i just knew i'd either loose or i'd muck it up completly and it's take me for ever.

When i played the demo of this i have to say i did enjoy it, i just didn't like the AI to much. But i thought it was good the way you controlled your team. I think it will fit nicely in the Star Wars series but i doubt it will be remembered.

I know what you mean, i think i may just give this game another bash and install it again, after all i did only play the first level so i might try again. Yer Constantine looks cool, going straight to see that when it comes out!

I have to say i laughed when i saw this topic, i have this game and i got it for around £2 - £3 from the second hand section of are local games stores. Great story line and background and so on and i thought it had great potential, i just didn't like the game play much and it seemed a little dated to me.

I have to agree Call of Duty is far superior to Medal of Honour, but seriouslt how many more can they make of the series. They must be running low on World War II whats next Medal of Hnour: The Belgain Resistance?! Or maybe they'll do what most people when there stuck make a Vietnam game :tongue2:

:grin: :laugh2: :laugh2: I totally agree this film was definately one of the funniest things ive ever seen. I cant even begin to say which was my favourite bit of the film. I loved the Team America song and Bin Laden at the beginning. And F.A.G (Film Actors Guild) led by Alec Baldwin lol i'm just going to stop there because i'll end up typing pages upon pages. One thing that annoyed me though was a lot of people moaning about when the Tsumani happens, people dont seem to realise that it was filmed long before it happened in real life.

The way it works (i think) is you get the civs which YOU wipe out, for example if you wiped out Gaul then you'd get that civ, i'm only saying this because its what happened with me. But there is a way to get them all and even ones that arent playable like Macedon and the Spanish and so on, just look for hints and tips all you have to do is find a file and drag soething somewhere lol Not sure if this works but try capturing the wonders of the world, the plebians seem to like that, worked for me.

Same here i waited for this game ever since i saw Time Commanders on channel two, got it for christmas is a great game. True the roman empire is made to strong, but i tactic ive found quite effective against the Romans is playing as the Parthians. Use lots of Persian cavalry some elephants and 1-2 cataprapht cavalry and then hit and run. Looks great when you fight a 4,000 strong army and you pummil it with thousands of arrows, carnage :)

Abramul of course we can charm the points off people were British :P it's just a gift i guess. I think James Bond is probably are best example, he's the 'GOOD' guy and always beats the bad guy and even always gets an average of two girls a movie!!!

But why does alot of people think that if there is life out there then it must be small and bacteria like. For gods sake do you really believe the human race is the centre of the universe lol Any way you look at it we are not great we are the worst thing that has ever happened to this planet, we are pretty much the most destructive thing that has ever happened, ok maybe nothing compared the a huge meteor or masses of volcanic eruptions. I just cannot believe that we are it, that there is nothing else intelligent or remotly intelligent, after all we are only a species, which one day will be wiped out just like every other species that lives on our earth and every other one that has and will live on it. So when we are all gone i do not believe that intelligent life has gone from space for ever as well. lol theres my rant over.
