  1. "Never mind, I figured it out (nothing else)" JK ! I did set up another branch and now both of the conversations happen. This just wasn't mentioned in the video tutorials that I found and the vanilla dialogues seem to be done differently. ~G~
  2. Hey guyz! I'm setting up a custom NPC that talks to you. The plan is to have one conversation when you first meet and a different one later on. I set up a dialogue quest with one branch that has 2 series of linked topics. So far, only the first series happens. Do I need to set up a second branch, or is there a way to have both in the same branch? ~GMF~
  3. And now, more than a year later, I looked in here because of a location that liked to crash on entry. Guess what I had: bowls of freakin' gems LOL. I made a quest called "garnets are forever". Maybe I should call it "garnets are forever unless you leave a ton of the damn things lying around". Put them all into a chest. Much better now! Muchas Gracias ~GMF~
  4. Anyone mining this thread take note: To compile scripts that reference SkyUI, you may need the SkyUI SDK. Use the 5.1 files for 5.2. I just copied these very few relevant files, and my uncompilable script no longer failed. https://github.com/schlangster/skyui/wiki (you have to be signed into github, and click a down arrow flying off to the top right) ~GMF~
  5. Well I just put in SDK and my scripts compile as well! Yes, SEVEN YEARS LATER someone benefits from an archaeological thread. Anyone who ever uses the idiotic derogatory term "necro" will henceforth be sealed into a crypt!
