Unequipall command worked! Just need to find console command to put my pipboy back on. Thank you for the help!

I am wondering if anyone else has had an issue with a piece of armor that does not show up in inventory and does not come off (please see image attached). I tried uninstalling the latest two mods (using NMM app) to see if they were the issue and updated all the other mods. I also used LOOT to make sure everything is in the correct load order. The armor or clothing is some kind of harness and backpack frame with a cylindrical fuel tank attached. Any ideas?
