    Hi, after 2h of trying, I got Charon now as follower. In my situation Charon just dont wanted to shoot Ahzrukhal. So i killed Ahzrukhal with the console prid 0002b8e2 kill Charon is still freezed. I disabled Charon. prid 0002b8e1 disable I left the room and enabled Charon. prid 0002b8e1 enable And now he talked to me and is my follower. :)
