Indeed after installing the Game Wizard and configuring it I can install mods and play the game without issues.
And, Pickysaurus, you are right, after clicking 'show bundled' I can see FO4. I did not know that. But in this list are a lot of games I do not own. They are even enabled! I hope Nexus will fix this in the next update.
