Anyone know if there is a (still being updated) (and has been out for awhile) Online mod for oblivion? And can it support three players?

Does anyone know of any lockpicking mods that make the lock picking a bit more easy? I have a friend and he doesn't like the lock picking system... I think it's real easy... of course it wasn't when I first started... anyway, he doesn't want the lock picking system to be completely removed just easier.... Any hints or mods?

I'm looking for new races to play, mainly ones that are balanced and not like superly over powered... Can someone give me some refferences or links to downloads?

I'm looking for some music mod that will fade the music out when it is done using, instead of instantly ending it. ie, right after a intense battle the music instantly stops insteads of fades out. very annoying... ruins the great feel of oblivion... does anyone know of a mod for this?
