Hello! I was wondering if there was a Fallout 4 mod that made the sole survivor/any NPCs wearing any of the vanilla and DLC gas masks to have their speech muffled when they are actually speaking. I've been trying to look for a mod like this, if I'm just blind and there is, can someone send a link to the mod page? If not, it would be really cool if someone made a mod like this for in-game realism. Thanks, -PolandStrong
