I have the same issue, but in my case it's because of Requiem. I'm trying to make this mod work for a days, but couldn't find a solution, yet. And I know it's because of requiem, because I've already deactivated all other mods and started a new game. Strangely, I'm probably the only one having this problem, since I found the bug neither on requiem official bug list nor anywhere else. Any help would be much appreciated.
