The effect persists even when the active effect is gone. It even carries over to loading a save. 1: Load a save the character is normal on a fresh start of the game 2: Apply any chameleon or invisibility effect once the effect wears off the character is still visibly under the effect without the benefits. [still visible to npcs] 3: Loading the save again keeps the effect.

I have encountered an issue with the chameleon / Invisibility effect staying visually on my character on one save, but not on another character save. The only way I've seen to fix it was to fully restart the game. Tried console commands, looking up the issue didn't really help me I have no idea if its a mod issue or a standard Oblivion issue. I am using the Rebirth+ collection any help would be appreciated.
