  1. Try to download NMM again, the installer could've got corrupted while downloading. And don't forget to run the installer as admin. Hope this helps.
  2. Set the texture settings to high and your anisotropic filtering to max then post a screenshot of your vanilla (unmodded) skyrim, do the same with the HD Textures installed.
  3. A screenshot of your modlist doesn't really tell us everything. It could be a missing .esp, .esm, or a mod conflict. Try using LOOT as suggested above. EDIT: corrected 1 of my sentence. :P
  4. you can use MSI Afterburner's on-screen display monitoring for that.
  5. Yeah, I think their servers are struggling to keep up with the uploads/downloads (especially because of steam sale). Mine takes a couple of tries (like 10-12 times) before NMM starts downloading.
  6. you can use TES5Edit to see which mods are conflicting with one another. and here is another helpful video from Gopher regarding TES5Edit and cleaning your master files. (It saved me from my problems back then) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fw3g_N1jcZQ
  7. Put a 12GB page file on D. You have a 8 gigs of physical RAM but only 1GB page file, that is where your problem lies. When you play, the game would take pretty much every resource it can (though an unmodded skyrim shouldn't use more than 4 gigs, If you're using the latest skse then the game can and will use more than 4GB). While you're gaming, your PC would put some of the excess background programs and processes to the page file. And when the page file has no more room for more background processes, BAM!! the game crashes or gives you an error. SSDs are not very write-friendly so putting a page file on it can shorten its life.
  8. get proper skeleton for your body then use FNIS.
  9. I suggest you try running NMM as admin.
  10. It has something to do with your shadow setting in your ENB, however I can't help because I don't exactly remember which of the settings you should tinker with (It's been a long time since I used an ENB, removed ENB from skyrim because it kills my FPS). As far as I can remember, ENBs have an in-game UI that you can use to adjust the settings (shift+f10? shift+f12?...dammit I can't remember). Wish I could help you more, maybe someone with more knowledge on ENBs will stumble upon this thread and help you.
  11. "we've seen lots of users trying to download 50, 100, even 200 files at the same time in NMM." who the heck downloads 200 files at the same time? lol. Anyway, thank you for the update and keep up the good work! The incomplete downloads bug was really annoying.
  12. yep, there's a lot of body replacer out there on nexus the body replacers that i know of are: UNP CBBE Dream Girl Seven Base there are others but I can't remember all of them. and about clothes and armors, CBBE clothes and armor only works for CBBE and the same goes for every body reps. but there are also some armor conversions on the nexus (UNP -> CBBE, CBBE -> UNP, UNP -> Dream Girl, and so on). oh and you also need to download a separate body textures for some body replacers (CBBE and UNP comes with it's own body textures, I don't know about the others).
  13. that's why I abandoned my UNP character (too many versions for UNP), I miss her though. CBBE body is much more simple for me.
  14. I agree with chanchan05, that's a nice rig you have there. With that build I don't think you will ever need overclocking for skyrim. My Specs are: Intel Celeron E3300 2.5GHz oerclocked to 3Ghz 2GB RAM Galaxy GeForce GT630 2GB and I can play skyrim on medium settings (without ENB of course). the only mods that I have that sort of change the image/graphics quality are: Imaginator Bigger Better Sun Fantasy Night HD Grass on Steroids(makes grass more dense, medium FPS hit on my system) Realistic Lighting Overhaul So yeah, you can do pretty much anything to your Skyrim
  15. Personally, I don't use Wrye Bash (I don't want to scare you but Wrye Bash confuses the heck out of me). My skyrim works fine without any CTD and without Wrye Bash (once again thanks to gopher for the great tutorial vids) and I have 71 mods installed (including the unofficial patches). The only time I had a ton of CTDs is when I was still a noob at skyrim modding but still decided to ignore the tutorials (I was too lazy to read mod descriptions and watching vids). I just dumped the mods I like to my skyrim to the point that it won't even start. I was so frustrated at my game and myself, so I decided to watch the video tutorials and carefully read mod descriptions. It turned that I had a TON of mods conflicting with each other. I had to reinstall the game and start anew. well, that's one of my experiences with skyrim modding, and I don't want you to experience that so here are some things that I do: - Always read mod descriptions (check if there are mentions of mods that conflict with the mod that you like in the description) - Always install the required files of the mods - Install mods ONE AT A TIME - Use BOSS for sorting load order - Use TES5Edit for cleaning mods and masters. TES5Edit is also useful in scanning mod conflicts and errors. - Check your load order via SkyrimLauncher, in case BOSS missed anything - ALWAYS create a NEW manual save BEFORE adding mods
