  1. Well I got a game started. So far only the bus home mod isn't working correctly. I hadn't listed it because I have used it before with no problems. This time the uogrades aren't showing up at the Goodsprings General Store. All I got was the cleanup and tires. No idea why. Guess I'll uninstall it.
  2. Ok...no TTW and no PN. I appreciate the links you all have provided. Especially the Do Not Use list. I will be working through all this over the weekend. Hopefully I will be able to play Sat evening or Sun morning. Thank you Gentlepersons for your help!
  3. Ima playing the age card here. I'm 62 and have been using mods since Morrowind (ok, and Chris Beddoes mod for Arcanum). As the games have evolved so has the difficulty of getting mods to play nice together; Wrye Mash, Vortex, Mod Organizer, LOOT, Bethesda.net, Nexus, Steam, etc. ad nauseum. I usually spend 3 or 4 weeks trying to get mods installed before I can even play. All of that to say I am wanting to start another run through of Fallout New Vegas. I found a list of mods here: https://gamerant.com/fallout-new-vegas-mods-make-feel-like-brand-new-game/ and there are some I would like to try. Is there anyone out there who could give me an idea if the following would work together? If so, will they work with Steam versions or do I need to use the disks? What mod installer(s) would be best? I would sure appreciate someone helping me out. Thank you all! 4. I am not using any UI mods. Although one of my other mods may have incorporated it and not mentioned it in the readme file. I believe I am running the latest MWSE, but not the dev iua one. I don't have any font changers unless, again, one was incorporated in another mod. Although your comment about having an "s" in front of your names makes me think it is related. I have never used siri's(?) alchemy mods, but I wonder if that "s" is how they designated their assets? If so, maybe one of my mods included those assets. I will try to get a listing of the mods I am using as I know that would be helpful in targeting the mod or mods causing the problem. Not sure how to go about getting the list though.
  5. Several. Most of which I have used before with no problems. The only ones I haven't used before are the graphics enhancer and a rapid leveling mod.
  6. So I guess I just deal with it since a couple of mods require it?
  7. After a long hiatus I am once again going home...I mean playing Morrowind. I am running several mods. All locks are "too complex" to open. I have used the console commands to set my security to 100 just to see if that would help. It didn't. I am about level 30 and most of my other stats are in the 30 to 50 range. No matter which set of lock picks I use, even the simplest low level locks are too complex. Any suggestions? Thanks!
  8. After a long hiatus I am once again going home...I mean playing Morrowind. I am running several mods. For some reason all of my ingredient names begin with a lower case "s:" sAsh yam, sTrama root, etc. Does anyone have an idea as to how to find out which mod or mods is doing this? The only actual alchemy mods I am using are those by James Frasier which just turns previously non-alchemical items into usable ones like cobwebs, grasses, etc. I have used all of them previously in multiple games without this problem. Thanks!
  9. I am in the Diplomatic Immunity quest. I gave Malborn the equipment I wanted him to smuggle in for me. However, when we get to the chest it is empty. The flashing arrow is there telling me that chest is the target, but it is empty. Is this a known bug? If so, how do I get around it? I am running mods. How do I determine if one of the mods is causing it other than turning them all off then back on one-by-one which I am afraid will cause me to lose content. Thank you.
  10. Cool, thanks! And, yes, that is the Bottle Storage mod I have. I will contact them.
  11. Hi, I have located all of my old Morrowind Mod downloads. I have some of the files from the old PES site. One of them I know I have seen someone asking about - Bottle Storage 1.0 by Sietse/Blue Eagle. How can I go about uploading some of these file to the mod section? Or am I even allowed to? Thank you WolfHawk
  12. Wanderers Edition I use. Amazonian Hospital I don't. I'll add the mod list a little later. Thank you!
  13. I am tryng to figure out which mod added these items: 1. A first aid kit that uses medical braces, compresses, etc. to heal yourself. It prevents applying stimpaks directly to damaged limbs. Well, doesn't prevent it as much as just not letting it work. You HAVE to have the necessary items in your inventory. Any idea what mod adds this and if just that aspect can be turned off? 2. For some reason half of my building doors are in French - maisonne du whatever. Again, any idea what mod might cause this and how can I turn them back English? Thanks
  14. I am attempting to start a new game in Skyrim SE. I have validated the files through steam and cleaned them with SEEdit (including all three times for Dawnguard). I am using Wrye Bash to install mods, LOOT to order and check mods, and SSEEdit to fix anything found by LOOT. I am getting a couple of errors: 1. In Wrye Bash HearthfireMultiKid.esp is missing string localization files; specifically 'HearthfireMultiKid_ENGLISH.DLSTRINGS'. I used BSAManager to extract the only similar named file I could find - hearthfiremultikid_english.strings - and put it in the Strings folder. WryeBash still says the files are missing. In case the file name was case-specific I renamed it. That didn't work either. What am I doing wrong? 2. I also tried running HearthfireMultiKid.esp through SSE Edit. It told me that update.esm had to be loaded before HfMK, but in Wrye Bash, it is. What needs to happen here? Thank you!
  15. I am downloading manually. I download everything manually then use WryeBash to install the zipped files. Well, the zipped moods.
