  1. I want to make some videos of a playthrough, but I am unsure how to make the camera in a different position than just the first and third person cameras you get while playing. I want different angles on my character to record while I'm playing the game, essentially.
  2. Those are the types of mods I was discussing, though. The ones that tweak quests and add some new things to them. I'd love to see a big mod that adds story-driven quests, along the lines of Outcasts and Remnants, Fusion City Rising and Tales from the Commonwealth. Perhaps not nearly as large, but story-driven in that sense with intricate plots and stories.
  3. I look on the Nexus and everywhere else, and all I see are two mods that expand on the Minutemen, really just adding new armors or tweaking quests. I want to see Minutemen quest mods. Ones that really expand on their story and add cool things that add depth. We have dozens upon dozens of mods for literally every other Fallout faction, so why not the Minutemen?
  4. I have looked all over for a solution to this. Tried all sorts of keyword combinations but for some reason nothing similar to it has come up. I can get into the system tab menu via the escape key quite well. But when I try to exit the screen, it takes multiple presses of the tab or escape key. Can anybody perhaps provide a solution to this issue?
  5. Mods such as those are more utility mods and enable you to do more things with the faction. It doesn't really add any new story, which is what I'm interested in. New characters, locations, stories, etc.
  6. I've seen a huge influx of quest mods for every faction; Institute, Brotherhood, Railroad, etc. But not a single good Minutemen quest mod. The one faction that seriously needs their story and background expanded. I would love to see some.
  7. I am really upset right now. I had literally hundreds of junk items/resources in my settlement's workbench. A settlement with 7 population, 6 food, 6 water, 13 power and 50 defense. I got a notification that the settlement with the workbench was attacked, and failed to defend it. When I opened to build something, it said I could only build a small handful of items. So, I headed back to the settlement and opened it up to find out that the hundreds of resources and junk items I had accumulated were GONE. HUNDREDS of resources. I am on the verge of rage-quitting my game. Can anyone please help? Here is a list of what I lost in a single attack: Acid (123) Adhesive (275) Aluminum (696) Antiseptic (156) Asbestos (209) Ballistic Fiber (68) Bone (121) Ceramic (65) Circuitry (207) Cloth (48) Concrete (365) Copper (920) Cork (14) Crystal (176) Fiber Optics (139) Fiberglass (173) Gears (277) Glass (633) Gold (175) Lead (536) Leather (322) Rubber (743) Screws (1115) Silver (164) Springs (443) Steel (1650) For a total of; 9,813 resources lost. I went back to a previous save before the attack and stopped it and everything was fine, but I had no idea how utterly devastating attacks can be on a settlement, even with a high defense rating. It's ridiculous.
  8. Would anyone be willing to make a face preset based off these images of me? https://imgur.com/a/THbzR
  9. I have pinpointed it to being the computer itself. It slows down the connection no matter if it's either ethernet or Wi-Fi.
  10. svchost.exe seems to be consuming the most. A lot more than most everything else.
  11. With my new rig, I am having serious internet connection problems. When my computer is not connected to the internet, my connection on all my other devices is very good. Everything runs fine. However, when my new computer is connected to the Wi-Fi, my connection takes a sudden drastic nosedive during the late night/early morning. Can anyone help me? Windows 10 Intel Core I5-6400 Nvidia GeForce GTX-1060 6GB 16 GB RAM 1TB HDD 512 GB SSD

EDIT: Seems like it was due to my computer uploading 35GB of stuff to OneDrive.
  13. Actually, I just bought my new rig today. ASUS G11CD-B13 Intel Core i5-6400 16GB RAM 1TB HDD 512GB SSD NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
  14. So. I will soon be getting my tax return. I was wanting to upgrade my computer as best I can with a budget of $1,000. Here are my specs; AMD FX-6350 Six-Core 3.9 GHz 8 GB RAM 64-bit OS, Windows 8.1 Nvidia Gforce GTX-960 2GB I am mostly wanting to upgrade my processor and graphics card. I am looking to get a 4GB graphics card.
  15. Does anyone know of a mod that would allow me to wear the Batting Helmet ontop of the Assault Gas Mask?
  16. I had no idea that the Institute was legitimately trying to form the CPG to bring everyone together. I had been under the impression that the Institute only did it in an attempt to take out their enemies and keep the Commonwealth divided so they could not ban together and threaten the institute.
  17. Yeah, it's pretty huge. My game is constantly crashing. Could anyone please help me fix this?
  18. This should be posted in Mod Requests.
  19. Imp's More Complex Needs. I love the Morale and Appeal system that Skyrim had, as well as things such as Protein and Nutrients. More cooking recipies. Also, I really want to see a mod that makes it to where cooked food and even pre-war food become an actually viable option more later-game. That stuff practically becomes useless later-levels. Perhaps it being as simple as adding a perk. It could be under the 'Endurance' section. An idea; 1 - Pre-War food and drink restore 25% more health. 2 - Pre-War food and drink restore 50% more health. 3 - Pre-War food and drink restore 75% more health. 4 - Pre-War food and drink restore twice as much health. Or a perk that makes it to where these foods restore a certain percentage of your health, instead of a fixed number.
  20. Just a quick talk/observation. I have noticed the unbelievably insane amount of endorsements most all of the Fallout 4 mods have gotten. Having been modding my games like Skyrim and New Vegas for about two years now. The mods for those games, even the biggest ones, have been working hard for the past two or three years to get anywhere near the amount of endorsements a lot of Fallout 4 mods have gotten in less than two or three months. It has really just baffled and amazed me, in a good way. Thanks, just thought I'd point that out and give my two-cents.
  21. Just thought I would post this to show people how awesome the quest is. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-XfVJ5fVu98
  22. I am having a problem with my game where when I level up, the game seems to think that my skills with the bonuses are my skill, and set it to that. I am running mods, including Project Nevada and More Perks, but I haven't found anyone with this problem yet. For example, my base Energy Weapons skill is 50. I get a +2 bonus to Energy Weapons, and so it puts it at 52, something that is supposed to be temporary. But if that bonus is active when I level-up, the game sets my base skill to 52 when it should be 50. This adds up over time. EDIT: Another side-bug I seem to be having is that whenever I activate something or go into a menu/minigame such as lockpicking or a computer, the game pauses for a moment and the music skips repeatedly before returning to normal after a short time. This isn't necessarily game-breaking, it's just a nuisance, and I am worried that my game will eventually freeze. EDIT I have been trying to get FOMM to work for some time, trying all sorts of 'solutions' but NOTHING is working. I went to the InstallInfo folder and deleted the logs but nothing is working. Whenever I select the icon to open the program, it simply opens up another window saying "FOMM has stoped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem..." then it simply quits without doing anything else.
  23. Would also be awesome to maybe add parts where the ground has split open and exposing lava. I have thought about getting into modding for awhile now.
  24. No, not the Hell on Earth mod that has already been released. I was thinking of a mod that completely removes all creatures from the game and replaces them with demons and monsters. I got the idea after seeing the End of the World mood. They would work absolutely perfect together.
  25. I am unsure if it is the scripts overloading or what, but this has become a serious problem in my game. Whenever I try and use mods that require the use of scripts, such as Realistic Needs and Diseases and Frostfall, they work for a short time, then fail to update anymore. I continuously get the message from Frostfall that my scripts are running too slow for it to update. I really want to use these mods. I have followed every instruction for them, and even adjusted the load order using BOSS. Can anyone help?
