Yes, but then randomly it appears again, it's not permanent. Jarring the shouts does work, but it's annoying when it doesn't trigger in combat when I need it to and can't see any reason why it shouldn't be.

Randomly during combat I'll try to shout but it doesn't work. When I open the favourites menu the shout has disappeared from it and then eventually for whatever reason it comes back. The shout isn't recharging, and there doesn't seem to be anything interacting with me that would prevent shouting, I've even managed to trigger the bug in Breezehome when trying to figure out what's happening but can't get it to happen with any consistency. Anyone know what's causing this and how to fix it, it's really frustrating.

Does anyone know of a list of locations that don't have quests attached to them? Ideally this would also exclude radiant quests. Thanks.

Is there a mod that will let me mark map locations that don't do it automatically as "cleared"? I want to visit every place in the game, but a lot of the markers on the map are places that I've discovered but not necessarily explored yet.

Morrowind Code Patch & Morrowind Patch Project
danielc posted a topic in Morrowind's Troubleshooting
Are they compatible with each other? -
Thank you but that only has options for 2.5x damage and above, I need 2x.
-
I know that master difficulty changes the amount of damage you do to 0.5x and the amount enemies do to 2x but can anyone create a mod that changes this so that you still do 1x damage but enemies do 2x damage? I remember making a mod like this for Fallout but I don't know how to do it with Skyrim. Is it possible for anyone to do this? Thank you.

Finishing moves done to the player character
danielc replied to danielc's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
Stamina affects whether an enemy performs a finisher on you? I've been thinking it was health but this makes some sense because I use two handed weapons and do a lot of power attacks. -
Can you disable these? I have a fairly low health pool to try and keep the game challenging but certain enemies are killing me even though I have tons of health left. I'm not completely against them, I just don't like not having the chance to defend myself. If I could set it to only happen when I'm 10% or something that would be even better than disabling them completely.

Spells have different levels that don't change (unfortunately, as an upgraded Flames/Frostbite/Sparks spell would have been nice). That perk allows you to use spells that are labelled as Apprentice for half magicka.

When I'm in a low FPS area looking around feels like the camera is being dragged, rather a smooth action. I think it has something to with this in one of the patches: "Fixed Y-look input to scale correctly with framerate" Is there any way I can turn this off?

In Skyrim there is a very short ring around the player that seems to be some kind of LOD system. When you walk forward things inside this ring become darker and I find it very distracting. Does anyone know how to increase the distance of this ring? I've attached some screenshots that show the problem. You can see in the centre of the screen how things have gotten darker. I know it doesn't look like a big problem in the screens, but when the game is in motion it is.

When I look at the weapon I have equipped in the inventory after loading a save game it will always have a + number next to it indicating the amount of extra damage I would get if I equipped it, but the problem is it already is equipped. Obviously I don't know if I'm doing as much damage as I should be. If I re-equip the weapon the number shown is the correct damage of the weapon, but this is still very annoying. Has anyone else had this problem? I've attached a screenshot that hopefully shows the problem better.

Is it just me or does the mouse control feel really off in this game? When I'm moving it around it feels like I'm dragging it through molasses. Like it's just slightly behind my actions. The effect is a lot more noticeable when I'm in indoor areas. I tried the mouse acceleration fix but that only affects menus, which I don't have any problem with.

Would parts of the game be difficult/impossible at level 1?

This might be worth a try. I couldn't find a realism section.

Is there a mod for Oblivion that removes some of the RPG elements and turns it into more of an action game? I like the quests and adventuring of Oblivion but not the way the combat works. I'd like killing things to be be more consistent throughout the entire game. I.E. arrows are always useful, especially if you land a headshot (does Oblivion have location based damage? It's been a while since I've played) and each sword always does the same amount of damage, some swords being better than others. I don't mean to cause any offense to RPG fans :)

..if they don't already do this. Is it easy?

...such as rads, crit chance, etc. Is there any way to have this without using Darn's UI? I don't like the fonts he uses and they're too small. I've tried to change them to the defaults but there's too much to edit, and I prefer using MTUI anyway.

...that runs from the player's Megaton house to Moira's store.

Is that only for followers?

What mod do you use to change the clothes of NPCs?
