  1. Hello, So I've been modding since I got Skyrim a few years ago, and I'd consider myself fairly experienced with mods. I recently decided to get rid of all mods, all saves, and any other data for Skyrim, and start fresh. I did a lot of modding for a few days, but had to stop, as I was running out of RAM, and got constant CTDs because of it. Now, I've gotten more RAM (16gb now) and the game runs fine. I modded the game to my liking, and was very satisfied with it. I played for quite some time (not changing anything, mind you), and suddenly, I started to experience CTDs. I fiddled around with my mods, cleaned those that needed it using BOSS and TES5Edit, and optimized my loadorder with LOOT. I now, not only experience CTDs, but also these weird really bright white textures, both in the overworld, and inside cells, along with some weird LOD issues, things do not load in properly until I'm very close (cities, structures). (I tried disabling and re-enabling SDO, with no success) The papyrus logs do not give me any information about my crashes, and my RAM & CPU usage are stable and normal. Here are some screenshots: The game sometimes just start like this http://i.imgur.com/VbdYDgG.jpg When I actually get it to run relatively properly, the game looks like this http://i.imgur.com/CLqfx9q.jpg (And CTD after a short while) Sometimes when I get it to run, it looks like this http://i.imgur.com/ReW2thk.jpg (It works properly inside cells, I can go inside a cave and everything's normal, but it's like this in the overworld) Disabling / Re-enabling mods doesn't really do anything. I keep thinking I figured it out, but then it turns out that I was wrong. The game generally doesn't work at all when I enable the ENB (I've currently got it disabled), and when it's off, it looks & runs like this. My computer specs: GPU: GeForce GTX 780Ti (Stock card) CPU (APU): AMD Athlon x4 760k (Yes, I know, shitty CPU, looking to replace it relatively soon) RAM: 16GB of Corsair Vengeance PSU: Corsair CX600 Mobo: Some decent ASUS Motherboard (Can't recall the actual model name) Mod List: http://i.imgur.com/b9zup3e.png Load order is optimised by LOOT I've fiddled with this for so many hours, I'm starting to think it's hardware related (despite me not seeing this in any other games). Have you guys seen anything like this before? I've tried looking around for help, this is pretty much my last resort. Thanks, Falling (Sorry about the whole white stuff, I posted it all on reddit first ) EDIT / UPDATE - When I'm far away from Whiterun, the "completely white screen" thing does not occur. The game only seems to CTD when I'm near whiterun, however, I still have these weird textures missinghttp://i.imgur.com/d7dXHb9.jpg
  2. For the last year or so, I've been using Safety Load to prevent CTDs and Infinite Loadscreens, but after having been recommended SKSE Memory patch several times on the SkyrimModding subreddit, I decided a while back that I would try it. I tried several different pre-patched DLLs, (http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1340369-skyrim-memory-patch-fixing-ils-ugrids-ctd-freezes-for-real/) but everytime I tried, the game crashes at the loadscreen after the Main Menu. Since I'd uninstalled safetyload, I removed the SKSE Mem Patch and re-installed safetyload, which I've been using up until this point. I've now recently started noticing an increase in CTDs, and wanted to switch, but I still have the same error. I can't move particularly far anywhere without crashing. I'm grateful for any help, if you need any files or something I'll gladly supply them. Thanks, Falling
