Nope, I have the same about of stuttering. It's weird because I can play games like Arma 3, at a steady 60FPS non stop for hours.

My FPS is AVERAGING around 60 when I don't move. But if I move at all, ESPECIALLY OUTDOORS, It drops to like 1 then back up to 40+ then back to under 10 because the game stutters..

I'm not even sure where I look for that..

Thanks MrGoodEye, I have cleaned my files though and everything is organized, I've tried TONS of things to fix the FPS/stuttering/freezing issue with skyrim, I can't seem to fix it. I can play games like COD Advanced Warfare, Fallout NV Modded and more with no issue, It's only this one I can't get the stuttering to stop :|

I'll remove that, But I know that's not what's causing the major lag, it happens everywhere, not just where cases and such are, plus I've disabled it and still had the issue.

After cleaning the dirty mods and removing every mod you guys mentioned INCLUDING SoS the game is running. I installed safeload also. What can I use to stop the CONSTANT stuttering/freezing in game though? I've deleted mods, removed open cities, ihud, SoS, and a few others, cleaned files that were needed. But the framerate freezes non stop for some reason. Any solution to this?

I am using I-Hud, and I don't even know what Safety Load is haha... Sorry first time Modding Skyrim. And like I said, it was working flawlessly and now it's well... not. lol. After reviewing Safety Load, how would that help? It's for infinite loading screen issues, which I don't have. Only issues I have is the stuttering of the game occasionally, and the other thing is that I can't run the game at all currently. After taking off IHud, Game continues to crash.

Hey everyone, I was running Skyrim with a bunch of mods loaded and things were going great. Then I randomly CTD'd while walking on a road outside of towns. Everytime I load my game up now, or try to start a NEW game it CTD's after I load in. It was working great for awhile, and now, with ZERO CHANGES, it's crashing non stop after creating a character or loading a save. Here is my Mod Load Order: Here is my PC Specs: I use NMM to download and install my mods, and I have run LOOT to setup my load order, tried Tes5Edit also. I have also been loading the game via SKSE just in case that info is needed. I am getting no errors in either program aside of warnings to clean dirty mods. (Have yet to figure this out, and most of them say "DO NOT CLEAN" The only CRASH/ERROR logs I get are the Papyrus logs (which we all know aren't really crash/error logs): Papyrus logs are in a pastebin in the spoiler above. Is there anyone that could locate the issues here for me by chance? Would be greatly appreciated. JUST AN UPDATE: Mods such as SoS - The Dungeons-PatchSPO.esp SoS - The Wilds-PatchSPO.esp ARE NOT loaded, they just haven't been deleted yet. But they are NOT loaded at all. This was just my load order file.
